“Jenna was amazing with our two Frenchies! We got regular updates and photos, and could tell they were so well loved while we were away. Came home to happy, relaxed pups — highly recommend!”

About: I have grown up with large and extra large breed dogs since I was a child. I have significant experience with reactive and high needs large breed animals specifically my lab/dane mix . I am very familiar, understand, and work well with high anxiety dogs. My home is a safe haven for all types of breeds, big or small, with a large yard on a quiet street. I’m also more than willing to visits in your home , and have no problem navigating any part of the city. I am currently working split days and my partner working opposite. At most on any given day there is a two hour overlap in work hours. We are home every evening and weekend. When not around the property we enjoy bringing the animals with us. I’m very safety conscious when it comes to any dog. Ensuring that anything our furry friend could get into that may be harmful is put out of reach. Always being aware of surroundings when outdoors, especially with flight risk or aggressive puppets Any dog that is in my home will have the comfort of very seldom being alone. I’m also very flexible to do frequent house visits in your home to ensure your dog is not by themselves for long. I’m very careful to follow all instructions specifically to ensure that your best friend is in the best hands possible while you are away.
“Katie has been a life saver time and time again. She is so good with my stubborn corgi. I appreciate her immensely. Katie has been working with Darwin on his walks and now she’s helping me with Darwin’s jealousy issues with the new puppy. I am so thankful for Katie’s services.”

“Jessica is absolutely wonderful! Both my dogs were very comfortable with her immediately. She helped me with drop-ins for my new puppy. Her communication was excellent and she always sent me tones of photos along with updates on my puppy's progress! I highly recommend her!”

About: Generally, I have grown up surrounded by different animals, including dogs. I used to take our family dog for walks around the block and outside with him a lot. I live with other family who have two medium sized dogs. I talked to them and give them hugs every day and they make me laugh. During the week, my availability varies with more availability on weekends where I am able to dedicate more time to spend with your fur babies. At home, I live with two dogs. They are not my dogs specifically but I will let them outside to let them run around and/or do their business and sometimes I will sit outside with them on the porch and just relax. I am also active in my daily life as I exercise at home and go for long walks everyday down the trail. I like to absorb the nature around me on my walks. It's also a good stress reliever. When I watched over dogs in the past for family members, I would take them for walks, feed them, let them outside, and spend time with them in the house.
About: I absolutely love dogs. They are all so individual. They each have their own unique personality and little characteristics that make them so special. In the past I kennelled my dogs and was so unhappy with the care they received. They always had medical issues afterwards, and didn’t receive the love and attention they needed. Paying extra for cuddles and a walk seems so cruel and takes advantage of people who want the best for their dog. I want to offer people who love their dogs, other options: a home away from home that includes cuddles, walks, treats and excitement, and many happy moments. In terms of my experience, I have cared for dogs my entire life. I have taken many training classes through Carolark with each new dog over the years, and have read about dog training and watched a number of training videos. I have never used fear tactics or spanking to correct my dogs behaviour and would never do so with yours. I truly believe that kindness, patience and calmness is the best approach. I have welcomed many new dogs in to our home. My dogs enjoy the newness and excitement that each little dog personality brings with them when they come. The dogs see ally enjoy getting to know the visiting pup and do a job making the pup feel welcome. There is always lots of playing and excitement and in time they move as a little pack together through the house and in the back yard. My home has a really big fenced in back yard, and big home for lots of physical exercise indoors and out. We live in an area with beautiful walking paths nearby. I have a number of dog beds in various sizes and shapes. They are washed and cleaned regularly. We also have dog steps to help little pups or older pups get up onto the couch or into bed at night. I ensure the dogs water is changed daily or more, and I supervise eating with all the dogs. The dogs really have great time , and it is a nice little holiday where they can get spoiled and pampered while you are away. I currently work full time at home and can take breaks through the day. When I have to run out my husband and older son are at home to take pups outside as often as needed. We have a little bell that dogs have learned to ring to go out. We live on a two acre lot so have a lot of outdoor running area and safe paths to take longer walks. I have a fenced in back yard, two dogs that are very friendly and have been around cats and dogs. One is a 8 lbs papillion named Luna, a Bichon Frisée chihuahua mix named Hunter who is 15 lbs and Millie who is small Pomeranian papillion who is 2 lbs. I have cared for family and friends dogs in our homes, including puppies, and senior dogs. I don’t worry too much about accidents. I know new environments for dogs can be stressful, so accidents are expected. We are patient and kind, and just love having dogs in our home to care for. We offer lots of walks, play times and cuddles. If you prefer your dog to be in a crate at night, we can accommodate that. Alternatively, your dog is welcome to sleep in a bed, if that is what they are used to. We are also used to paper training and outdoor toileting. We have little puppy stairs for the bed and also a puppy stroller for young pups, or senior pups when the temperature gets too extreme.
About: Joelhyn has been a dog walker and dog sitter since she was about 14 or 15 years old. She started by babysitting and those families entrusted her with their pets while the family was away, to care for and clean their dogs and cats. She also walked dogs for some of the older neighbours in the area who couldn’t do it themselves anymore. Shes taken many different kinds of dogs on walks, given them baths, fed them to specific instructions and played with them till the sun went down! Kyle has owned pets his whole life, always having two dogs in the house as well as two cats and various types of reptiles or rodents throughout the household too, so specific instructions for pets is not uncommon for him. He loves to play with any type of pet & loves to go on walks with them. Joelhyn is currently working and in school both part time but would love to spend her spare days with your lovely furry friends! Kyle is in school part time as well & we both own vehicles so getting around is no problem for us! One of us should always be available to care for your pets! Bigger dogs will almost always go to Kyle but he loves the smaller pets too! Assuring doors or gates are closed before bringing animals outside & always ensuring collars and leashes are on before going outside and before leaving a clients home. Walking dogs in a safe area and making sure to give them lots of time to walk or run as well as bringing poop bags to properly dispose of later on. We would love to do a meet and greet so you feel comfortable with us & get to know your pet!

“Trisha-Lee was absolutely fantastic. From booking until the end, there was great communication. She came over for a pre-visit and asked all the right questions and then some which felt very professional and also put us at ease. Pretty sure she took better care of Sausage than we do. Lucky us and lucky cat.”

About: Although I’m new to professional pet sitting, I bring something just as valuable: genuine love, patience, and dedication to animals. Friends and neighbors have always trusted me with their pets, because they know I treat every furry (or feathered!) friend as if they were my own. I work from home most days, which allows me to provide consistent attention and flexibility for feeding, walks, and companionship. On the three days I commute to the office, I am still available before and after work, while weekends are fully open. This schedule ensures I can reliably meet the needs of pets and give them the care they deserve. I’m meticulous about safety and will keep a close eye on your furry family member at all times. Your pet’s happiness and safety are my top priorities. Whether it’s daily walks, feeding, or just keeping them company, I’ll make sure they feel loved while you’re away.
