“Where do I begin? Stephanie came into my life years ago when my pet sitter canceled at the last minute before a big trip. Friends connected me with Steph promising she’s a reliable pet sitter. That was the beginning of an ongoing fantastic relationship. My dog Bilbo though he is sweet is also highly anxious. Steph’s mannerisms with him created a bond of trust and calm. She has mastered reading his body language and responds to his every need. When I come back from a trip my doggo doesn’t want to leave her (ouch lol) ! He also has many dietary issues and she stays on top of his diet, dispensing his raw food and medication as needed. So to me she is his care giver and nurse. She’s got unlimited energy which is a perfect match for my pups exercise needs (unlimited walks/fetch/cuddles). This is so important to me so I value that my dogs time with her is full of enrichment. She as a person is funny, kind and charismatic. I deeply appreciate her flexibility, often when I have a last minute business trip she’s happy to accommodate me. I’m not comfortable leaving my dog with just anyone, but with Stephanie, both my dog and I trust her 100%. Thank you Steph for being the best substitute dog mommy out there!”

About: My daughter and I live in a three bedroom home with a spacious yard. Your pup will be spoiled when he stays with us! I'm a receptionist and I work full time. My daughter is always home, so your dog will have 24/7 attention. We have lived in the area for 10 years so we know the best parks to bring your dogs to. I got my first dog when I was 10 years old. I have a fenced-in yard with lots of soft grass for your dog to play on. While your dog is with me, I'll try to replicate his routine as closely as possible. If your dog prefers a crate, dog bed, or to sleep in your bed, that is what I'll let him do. My daughter, Alexis, is 17 years old and will be supervised with your pet at all times. I'm currently working part-time, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available all day on weekends, and weekdays after 3pm. I have a fenced yard and I have 38 years of experience and I primarily perform services in the comfort of your house. I can easily crate your dog if needed.

About: I've taken full-time care of my family dogs since starting high school. This included walks, feeding, grooming, and playtime! Recently, I have assisted in training of new puppies and I have two cats of my own at home. I work evenings and nights, so I can walk your dogs while you're at work during the day. Also, I have weekends off to house sit all your pets while you enjoy a getaway! I will treat each and every pet like they are my own. I strongly believe that a familiar environment will minimize your pet's stress, therefore I will leave your home just as I found it.

About: Hi! I love animals. I have always had an animal in my home since I was very young (cats, dogs, rats, fish, etc.) I've raised several dogs and currently have a 2 year old yellow lab. I'm the hands on type of owner that does my own grooming, bathing, nail trimming, and training for my dogs. I love taking walks, and I love dogs. What better gig can I ask for? I work full time hybrid office job in the city and I'm also a mom to a super wonderful 1 year old. Tuesday and Thursday I'm available for daytime walks and check ins. Monday/Wednesday/Fridays are limited to evening check ins or short walks. I'm centrally located in Carleton Place and can travel. My availability really opens up during the weekend. Send me a message, I can generally work something out. I have a fenced yard and really good shoes. If your pup likes pack walks, I can bring my puppy for a play session and a stroll!
