About: I've been a cat lover and owner for over 20 years. I love having dogs in our home, playing and taking walks in our local neighborhood. I work from home full time and would love extra company. About: Generally, I have grown up surrounded by different animals, including dogs. I used to take our family dog for walks around the block and outside with him a lot. I live with other family who have two medium sized dogs. I talked to them and give them hugs every day and they make me laugh. During the week, my availability varies with more availability on weekends where I am able to dedicate more time to spend with your fur babies. At home, I live with two dogs. They are not my dogs specifically but I will let them outside to let them run around and/or do their business and sometimes I will sit outside with them on the porch and just relax. I am also active in my daily life as I exercise at home and go for long walks everyday down the trail. I like to absorb the nature around me on my walks. It's also a good stress reliever. When I watched over dogs in the past for family members, I would take them for walks, feed them, let them outside, and spend time with them in the house.

About: Hi pet owners! I’m Haylie, I am a registered nurse and have a love for animals. I have always been around animals and grew up with multiple cats, and a Great Pyrenees dog. I have looked after, and done drop ins for friends, family, and neighbours animals while they were away. I have experience with cats, dogs of all sizes, as well as senior cats and dogs. I would love to stop in to see your furry friends and give them the same attention and love you do until your return :)) I recently graduated nursing school and am awaiting to start my first position in late September. In the meantime, I thought what better way to spend my days then checking in people’s animals when they cannot. I currently have two outdoor cats that I care for, Ash and Neville. I feed them dry and wet food twice a day and lay with them outside in the grass. I used to have a Great Pyrenees named Lacey. She was a 110lb sweetheart who had her own fenced in acre of land she would roam around in. We would play fetch with her favourite tennis ball and always got the ham bones on Christmas! I am able to feed, play, potty, and clean out litter boxes as needed for your pets, and of course give them lots of love while visiting. I can also water any plants that might need some attention in your absence as well!

About: Ive been working with animals ever since I was a little kid. Grew up working with horses and having multiple animals at home! Your pets will be loved and taken well care of till you get back! Will provide updates and photos regularly to reassure you that your pet(s) are being loved and cared for while you are away from home! I’m currently working part-time in Barrhaven. My shifts are on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday’s from 7:00am-3:00pm. I am allotted an hour lunch break, so depending on the distance your house is away from my work, I would be more than happy to return to your home and provide any needed potty breaks! I am happy to spend as much time with your animals as you want! Whatever you need done for them, will get done: walks, poop and scoop, cuddles, etc!

About: I've been around animals from a very young age. I've always loved spending time with them and taking care of them. People who know me have said that my calm nature attracts all the animals. About: Long before petsitting became a commoditized business, Debbie Ozarko was on the Ottawa scene bringing joy to the lives of dogs and their people with her dog walking service, "We Take the Dogs Out" in 2000. This eventually morphed into, "It’s a Ruff Life Doggie Daycare" which thrived until her move to the British Columbia coast in 2013. Her love for such beautiful intimacy with animals has only deepened over time, and with her return to the Ottawa area she is eager to offer her exceptional services once again. Debbie is also a long-time volunteer with the Rideau Valley Wildlife Sanctuary and the IFAW Northern Dogs Project. Animals truly are her life. Debbie brings it back to what is most meaningful for all: respect, integrity and generosity of spirit—for you, and for your furry, fuzzy and feathered animal companions. Animals are my life! It doesn't matter if they are residents are not, they are all treated with love, kindness, respect, and compassion. My schedule is constructed around their needs first. I have access to several quiet areas where field, forest and streams abound for off-leash romps. If dogs are better with on-leash walks, I'm happy to take them to green spaces where they have access to lots of sniffing to satiate that deep primal canine need. I also provide healthy, grain-free treats...just because. Of course, I offer only these with your approval beforehand.

About: We're in the process of opening a kennel on our 27 acre homestead, until then, we're here on Rover! Let us give your pets an enriching experience while you're away, and you peace of mind that they are in not one but two sets of good hands. Our dog Styx loves all pets, big and small, but we also have experience and infrastructure for some personal space if your pet takes a little longer to warm up or has special needs. We are currently building a kennel on our wooded retreat, and in the meantime, our home is open! We are home full-time and spend our days outside tending to the property, bringing your pets along, with lots of water and indoor breaks.
