As someone who has overcome a difficult childhood through the comfort of furry friends, I am passionate about sharing the therapeutic benefits of animals. With a lifetime of experience caring for a diverse range of pets, from cats and dogs to exotic creatures like snakes and lizards, I promise to treat your beloved pets like my own. Whatever your fur babies need, we do our absolute best to accommodate to make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I understand that some dogs have more energy than others, so we use a baby gate if needed to give everyone a breather so your little loved ones don't get stressed out. We have a high-energy husky that we trained (one of the harder breeds to train), and he is such a good boy. Everyone said potty training him would take 2-4 weeks, and we accomplished it in 7 days by taking him out every 2 hours even during the night. Alarms were set, and out he went. No more puppy pads or accidents in the house at 11 weeks old. If your fur baby is a puppy in need of extra walks for that reason, we are more than happy to help with that. We are able to section off a piece of our living room or kitchen to give senior dogs their own space if needed. Cuddle bugs are always welcome. They will get all the cuddles plus some extra 😊. We do have one set of stairs to our apartment, but if your senior dogs need assistance, I can carry them up and down the stairs; it's not a problem. As well as the administration of any meds they may need. We just need a medication schedule, and away we go. We have a huge park right behind our house for lots of playtime. If you have a high-energy pup I guarantee they will get the stimulation they need. And again, if you have senior dogs that are more laid back, we are set up to make sure everyone is in a comfortable, stress-free environment. We promise to provide the best care and daily updates of your fur babies. They will receive all the love and attention they get at home with you. You can rest assured they are happy and safe. As a pet parent myself, I understand the importance of finding a trustworthy and reliable pet sitter. That's why I've made it my full-time job to provide top-notch care for your pets, giving you peace of mind while you're away. One or both of us are home all day, so your pet will not be left alone for any period of time. In our home, they will have constant supervision. Please experience serenity with your furry friend complete with an inspiring dog and cat-friendly canine companion for ultimate comfort. Accommodation for all pets is our #1 priority, whether it be at your residence or ours. I always like to get down on the ground with your fur babies when I meet them, as this establishes trust. Establishing trust is very important to having a successful stay. We understand all pets have different needs; because there are 2 of us, we strive to provide a stress-free environment for your babies and ensure that your beloved pets will not be left alone for any amount of time.

About: My name is Tamara and I would love the pleasure to look after your dog when you're in need! I've had my own small dog for 14 years now, as well as a 1 year old large dog, and a kitten; so I know all of the love and work that goes into taking care of our little friends. I also have experience caring for farm animals (goats, sheep, and chickens)! My house is within walking distance of a vet and pet supplies, as well as right next to a long trail that is behind my backyard that your dog is sure to love! Since I have a dog myself, your friend will be doing everything with mine, so even if I'm away for an hour or so, they won't ever be by themselves! I'm able to follow any routine that you need and I'll make sure that you're furry friend feels as at home as possible. I work full time as a teacher (8-3), so I'm home pretty early every day. My pets are home while I'm gone, so your furry friend will never be alone. I leave puzzles and enrichment toys for them while I'm gone, and I even have a pet camera so that I can check in on them too. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me! I have a pet camera that you can tune into as well (while I'm gone), if that's something you'd be interested in. I will treat your furry friend just like I would my own; with love, care, and patience!

I’m comfortable with pets of all ages and needs. You can expect lots of updates, photos, and peace of mind knowing your pet is in caring, experienced hands I work from home during the week and have very flexible hours, so it's easy for me to accomadate your schedule to make your fur baby feel as comfortable as possible while you're gone. Other than Sunday morning church services, my weekends are completely open to you! When caring for pets in a client’s home, my goal is to keep everything as consistent and stress-free as possible for them. I follow your pet’s routine closely - including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, medications, and any specific instructions you provide. I’m also very mindful of keeping your home clean and respected, leaving things exactly as I found them (or better!). As someone who has 3 cats who's main goal in life is to escape to the great outdoors (and fails every time), safety is always a top priority, so I stay alert on walks, secure doors and gates, and keep a close eye on your pet’s behaviour and well-being. I’ll also keep you updated with regular messages and photos so you always know how your pet is doing.

About: Generally, I have grown up surrounded by different animals, including dogs. I used to take our family dog for walks around the block and outside with him a lot. I live with other family who have two medium sized dogs. I talked to them and give them hugs every day and they make me laugh. During the week, my availability varies with more availability on weekends where I am able to dedicate more time to spend with your fur babies. At home, I live with two dogs. They are not my dogs specifically but I will let them outside to let them run around and/or do their business and sometimes I will sit outside with them on the porch and just relax. I am also active in my daily life as I exercise at home and go for long walks everyday down the trail. I like to absorb the nature around me on my walks. It's also a good stress reliever. When I watched over dogs in the past for family members, I would take them for walks, feed them, let them outside, and spend time with them in the house.

About: About Kaitlyn I always had dogs growing up. I was employed at a dog daycare & boarding facility for 3 years and love being around dogs and creating a safe space for them to grow and learn! I am currently working full time throughout the months of April-November. During lay off season with work I do have a part time job during the week but willing do walk after work. 5:30 pm-7:00pm :) I am a firm believer in real emotional connection with dogs, just like people. Affection and creative play are my favourite activities, and on walks l aspire to create a comfortable environment to exercise and do their business. I'm not a professional dog trainer, but know the basic knowledge and skills for a nice, easy, and enjoyable walk!
