Cassie has been sitting my two kitties for the past year when I go away, and she is amazing. She puts so much care into her visits, I always feel happy knowing they’re well taken care of. She’s also very communicative and flexible, there have been times I’ve needed her to come an extra day because of flight delays and she’s done her best to accommodate. Highly recommend 😁

About: Transform your life with the power of pets! As someone who has overcome a difficult childhood through the comfort of furry friends, I am passionate about sharing the therapeutic benefits of animals. With a lifetime of experience caring for a diverse range of pets, from cats and dogs to exotic creatures like snakes and lizards, I promise to treat your beloved pets like my own. Whatever your fur babies need, we do our absolute best to accommodate to make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. I understand that some dogs have more energy than others, so we use a baby gate if needed to give everyone a breather so your little loved ones don't get stressed out. We have a high-energy husky that we trained (one of the harder breeds to train), and he is such a good boy. Everyone said potty training him would take 2-4 weeks, and we accomplished it in 7 days by taking him out every 2 hours even during the night. Alarms were set, and out he went. No more puppy pads or accidents in the house at 11 weeks old. If your fur baby is a puppy in need of extra walks for that reason, we are more than happy to help with that. We are able to section off a piece of our living room or kitchen to give senior dogs their own space if needed. Cuddle bugs are always welcome. They will get all the cuddles plus some extra 😊. We do have one set of stairs to our apartment, but if your senior dogs need assistance, I can carry them up and down the stairs; it's not a problem. As well as the administration of any meds they may need. We just need a medication schedule, and away we go. We have a huge park right behind our house for lots of playtime. If you have a high-energy pup I guarantee they will get the stimulation they need. And again, if you have senior dogs that are more laid back, we are set up to make sure everyone is in a comfortable, stress-free environment. We promise to provide the best care and daily updates of your fur babies. They will receive all the love and attention they get at home with you. You can rest assured they are happy and safe. As a pet parent myself, I understand the importance of finding a trustworthy and reliable pet sitter. That's why I've made it my full-time job to provide top-notch care for your pets, giving you peace of mind while you're away. One or both of us are home all day, so your pet will not be left alone for any period of time. In our home, they will have constant supervision. Please experience serenity with your furry friend complete with an inspiring dog and cat-friendly canine companion for ultimate comfort. Accommodation for all pets is our #1 priority, whether it be at your residence or ours. I always like to get down on the ground with your fur babies when I meet them, as this establishes trust. Establishing trust is very important to having a successful stay. We understand all pets have different needs; because there are 2 of us, we strive to provide a stress-free environment for your babies and ensure that your beloved pets will not be left alone for any amount of time.

Jessica is absolutely fantastic! She arrived at the same time every day which allowed for a consistent schedule for our 5 cats. They all went to her with tails up and all her pictures showed super happy cats! The is the first time I’ve travelled for a business trip and didn’t worry at all about the cats or the house. Was completely stress free. I can’t say enough about how professional she is and how at ease our pets were. Absolutely would recommend her for anyone looking for a dedicated pet sitter with an amazing ability to remove all stress for both myself and our cats. :-)

About: I’ve had pets my whole life, from playful pups to independent cats, so I know every personality is different—and I love them all. My own pets are spoiled (and yes, they know it), and I bring that same care, attention, and affection to every animal I watch. I make sure each visit is safe, fun, and tailored to your pet’s needs—whether that means a long walk, extra playtime, or just some cozy snuggles. I genuinely enjoy getting to know each pet’s quirks and creating a routine that makes them feel happy, comfortable, and loved. I work from home and have a flexible schedule to accommodate drop in visits, dog walking, and doggy (or kitty!) day care in your home or mine I prioritize your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness, and I’m flexible to meet their specific needs and routines. I have a spacious, open property for walks and playtime, and my energetic 65 lbs dog loves making new friends—perfect for playdates if your dog enjoys company.

About: Generally, I have grown up surrounded by different animals, including dogs. I used to take our family dog for walks around the block and outside with him a lot. I live with other family who have two medium sized dogs. I talked to them and give them hugs every day and they make me laugh. During the week, my availability varies with more availability on weekends where I am able to dedicate more time to spend with your fur babies. At home, I live with two dogs. They are not my dogs specifically but I will let them outside to let them run around and/or do their business and sometimes I will sit outside with them on the porch and just relax. I am also active in my daily life as I exercise at home and go for long walks everyday down the trail. I like to absorb the nature around me on my walks. It's also a good stress reliever. When I watched over dogs in the past for family members, I would take them for walks, feed them, let them outside, and spend time with them in the house.

About: My name is Tamara and I would love the pleasure to look after your dog when you're in need! I've had my own small dog for 14 years now, as well as a 1 year old large dog, and a kitten; so I know all of the love and work that goes into taking care of our little friends. I also have experience caring for farm animals (goats, sheep, and chickens)! My house is within walking distance of a vet and pet supplies, as well as right next to a long trail that is behind my backyard that your dog is sure to love! Since I have a dog myself, your friend will be doing everything with mine, so even if I'm away for an hour or so, they won't ever be by themselves! I'm able to follow any routine that you need and I'll make sure that you're furry friend feels as at home as possible. I work full time as a teacher (8-3), so I'm home pretty early every day. My pets are home while I'm gone, so your furry friend will never be alone. I leave puzzles and enrichment toys for them while I'm gone, and I even have a pet camera so that I can check in on them too. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me! I have a pet camera that you can tune into as well (while I'm gone), if that's something you'd be interested in. I will treat your furry friend just like I would my own; with love, care, and patience!

Katie was excellent, she accommodated our older cats' need for several checkins each day, giving him his medication and helping him to get up and walk, and to take care of him when an accident happened. She also provided frequent updates and was quick to respond to us. We would highly recommend Katie to anyone.

Currently only able to accept permanent part-time or full-time clients Monday-Friday in Perth and Lanark area in late afternoon. Thank you for checking out my profile! My name is Josee and a HUGE animal lover. I’ve been exposed to dogs, cats and other animals my whole life. I love to walk and hike with my own dog, as well as train and provide enrichment activities. Whether it’s a daily walk, a quick drop-in, if you have a puppy or senior senior dog, you can count on me to ensure that your pet is happy, safe, and comfortable. I thrive on giving pets what they need—from walks to enrichment, snuggles, training, or just being a companion while you’re away. I am a confident handler and very respectful to each dogs wants and needs based on behavior, body language, and breed. I am confident in handling your nervous, difficult, or anxious dog if this is a concern. As a reactive dog owner, I understand it can be difficult or frustrating taking them out or ensuring that they’ve had enough mental stimulation and exercise during the day. Learning about dog behavior/body language, separation anxiety and positive reinforcement/force-free training has also been a large area of focus in the last 5 years and I'm certified in pet first-aid - I never leave the house without my pet first-aid kit! I also have my certificate in canine nutrition (Cert.CN) - helping dogs live their best and healthiest lives through diet, exercise and stress-free living. I’m highly respectful of your dogs’ individual needs, if they have a routine to follow and I will do whatever is needed to ensure that you feel comfortable with leaving your furry friend in my care—I will treat your pet as my own. Prior to scheduling, I like to do a face-to-face meeting before beginning my services. I am available days, early evenings and the occasional weekend for clients who are scheduling regularly. When caring for your loved one(s), I will begin by assessing your dogs’ behavior and comfort level upon each visit. I am highly respectful of house rules and routines and will always advocate for your pet. **PRICING & SCHEDULING** Please contact me for pricing and service schedules as prices listed on Rover are not firm. About: Joelhyn has been a dog walker and dog sitter since she was about 14 or 15 years old. She started by babysitting and those families entrusted her with their pets while the family was away, to care for and clean their dogs and cats. She also walked dogs for some of the older neighbours in the area who couldn’t do it themselves anymore. Shes taken many different kinds of dogs on walks, given them baths, fed them to specific instructions and played with them till the sun went down! Kyle has owned pets his whole life, always having two dogs in the house as well as two cats and various types of reptiles or rodents throughout the household too, so specific instructions for pets is not uncommon for him. He loves to play with any type of pet & loves to go on walks with them. Joelhyn is currently working and in school both part time but would love to spend her spare days with your lovely furry friends! Kyle is in school part time as well & we both own vehicles so getting around is no problem for us! One of us should always be available to care for your pets! Bigger dogs will almost always go to Kyle but he loves the smaller pets too! Assuring doors or gates are closed before bringing animals outside & always ensuring collars and leashes are on before going outside and before leaving a clients home. Walking dogs in a safe area and making sure to give them lots of time to walk or run as well as bringing poop bags to properly dispose of later on. We would love to do a meet and greet so you feel comfortable with us & get to know your pet!
