“Not only was Judith friendly and caring with our two dogs, but she was helpful taking care of our house. One day we had construction going on in our garage. The next day there was a heavy rainstorm all day so we asked that she keep an eye out for any potential flooding in our basement and to check our new drainage system outside. Not only did she check everything, but she took videos to show us what was going on. Along with this and daily pics of the pups, she went above & beyond. Her flexibility and great communication was so appreciated. It was our first time using Rover and we'd definitely welcome Judith back!”

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals over the years (including cattle, horses, pigs, goats). I’ve worked as a vet tech and in a rescue that had 70+ animals, many with health issues. I have a keen eye for things that are “off” in pets. I have post-op care experience for my own cat that was born with a severe congenital condition and I slept on my bathroom floor for a month so he wasn’t alone. I’ve taken care of neonatal kittens and have experience tube feeding. I have lots of experience popping pills down throats with easy-spicy pets. I am a full time college student, however, my schedule is pretty scattered and I have time mid day and most afternoons. I am completely free on weekends. I currently own 10 rescues (9 cats, 1 dog), most have health issues and are prescription food and medications so I know the importance of them! I have several litterboxes around my house and basement which are cleaned twice a day. The dog goes for a walk every 2 hours. My animals are fed twice a day and get fresh water twice a day. I’m at the vet frequently with my most recent fur baby due to his congenital condition. I am always willing to take any animal to the vet!

It was great to see daily photos and messages of updates to help us rest assured that everything was good back home. She even inspired us with new ways to play with our dog once we returned. So helpful. And the cherry on top was our home was spotless when we got back. Such a huge sigh of relief, and our dog girl was happy, well groomed, and wagging her tail the entire time! About: I have had pets my whole life, and for the last couple years have helped friends and family with long term house and pet sitting. I am self-employed as an arts and culture consultant and work part time from home, so I have a lot of flexibility in order to accommodate your needs! I am available for house sitting, e.g. watering plants, bringing in mail etc. locally, and I do pet sitting, walking and overnights at your home. I cannot do overnights at my home however.

About: I have learned from a decade of watching pets from my house, my friends and neighbors growing up, as well as pet care and grooming during philanthropic events to deliver friendly and happy services to any pet's needs. I'm working remotely and will be able to provide service to your pet when most convenient; for me this is usually in the late afternoon and morning. I plan on providing your pet the best experience of care and connection while keeping a top priority on safety. If we go to a park or alternate location to play, my first instinct is the responsibility of your dog's emotional and physical well-being.
