About: Growing up surrounded by pets, I’ve been an animal lover since I was little! My experience includes feeding and caring for dogs and cats, animal enrichment through play and exercise, administering medications, and keeping a clean environment. “Brian is an exceptional human being with tremendous integrity. We went away for two weeks and left him in charge of our home, our acreage, and our lively young cat. He was simply amazing in every way you wish a house sitter or a pet sitter could be. The phrase “above and beyond” came to our minds over and over while we were on our vacation. Our cat bonded with him deeply. In fact, she walked around the house crying for him in the evenings when we first returned home. She couldn’t figure out where her play buddy went. Brian was a fantastic communicator – – sharing all the ordinary goings-on‘s with the house and our cat, including cute photos and video clips. But he also really stepped up when a harder moment came. A powerful wind storm came through the area while we were away, and Brian did an outstanding job of prepping for a possible power outage— which did not end up happening. He also did a great job of communicating with us about any possible house or tree damage— which luckily also did not happen. What we appreciated most about Brian was his calm, warm, caring, and very-capable demeanor. We feel very blessed to have gotten to know him, and we plan to have him watch over our home and pets for years to come.”

About: I grew up in farm and ranch country caring for horses, cows, goats, cats and lots of dogs, so animal care has been part of my everyday life for as long as I can remember. Dogs are my favorite. I'm experienced with big, high-energy breeds like Bernese Mountain Dogs and German Shepherds, and I'm just as comfortable with small dogs. I have three of my own: Willie (a Dachshund), Shelby (an Australian Shepherd) and Reba (a Cavapoo). I love the outdoors, so your dog gets real exercise, like morning hikes at Nockamixon, Ralph Stover and the Delaware Canal towpath. You'll get photo and video updates every day. My work schedule varies week to week, but I always plan pet care around it. Your dog gets a long morning walk or hike before I leave, and my mom is often home during the day for potty breaks and company. Evenings are for walks, play and couch time with the pack. I usually have a couple of full days off each week to spend with the dogs, and I’m happy to work around your schedule for drop-offs and pickups. When boarding, your dog stays in my home on just over two acres in quiet, rural Ottsville. The property isn’t fenced, so guest dogs are always on leash or a long line outside, with plenty of room to sniff and explore safely. My three dogs are friendly and social, and every stay starts with a meet-and-greet so I can make sure everyone gets along. For house sitting and drop-ins, I keep your pet’s feeding, walking and medication routine exactly the same and treat your home with respect. Every dog gets its own cozy space to rest, and I can crate if your dog is crate-trained.

About: Growing up in a big dog- and cat-loving home, my affinity for animals was realized at an early age. I’ve been the go-to person amongst family and friends for pet care since I was a kid. I’ve dabbled in this passion on the side my whole life, but am now pursuing it full tilt and hope to build a career in conservational zoology. In 2020, pet care grew outside of my inner circle of friends and family, and I gained clientele I still work for to this day. While in Hawaii from August 2024 to February 2026, I dog-sat for five families on top of my day job, regularly tending to their pets every week (and some every day). This included walks and meals, house calls, trips to the beach, hikes, daily visits to the local dog parks, bathing and brushing, extended stays at my home while owners traveled, and coordinating play dates with other pet-sitters. I’ve handled animals of all sizes and temperaments, administered medication, and adhered to the specific needs of the families in my care. My focus is on the comfort, stimulation, and enrichment of your pet! I am reliable and flexible, and find genuine joy in this line of work. This is how I would prefer to spend my time! My Pets: My 120lb Saint Bernard/Bernese, Hobie, was my dutiful companion in pet care, living up to his “nanny dog” personality. In July 2025, he sadly passed at the young age of 2 due to congenital kidney failure, but his short life was full to the brim of adventures with furry friends! He was equally as loving as he was loved. My world completely revolved around him while I had him. Thistle and Pants are my two cats. Thistle is a 7 year old domestic long hair, and I’ve had her since she was 6 months old. She has very much been a partner in my pet care as well, having grown up with big dogs and preferring their company over other cats. She gives off that annoyed older sister vibe, but always wants to be near the other animals and people. Pants is a 5 month old Maine Coon kitten, and he makes himself right at home in any space he occupies. He’s adventurous and outspoken, and keeps Thistle moving (and slightly irritated) throughout the day. He’s proving to be too clever for his own good! I will be adding a new dog to the family in several months, and will undergo training with a focus on companionship and socialization. I can’t wait to have another partner in pet care! About: I have been taking care of animals for all of my life. I have been fostering dogs since I was 14 years old. I also am currently in school for zoology working towards my goal of going to vet school. I intern at a vet clinic where I work closely with a variety of different personalities of animals. I have gone abroad and work with a multitude of vets to gain more animal experience. I am also a hard worker I have been working since I was 14 as an amusement park as an animal caretaker while taking side jobs dog sitting. Your animals will be in great hands with me I will make sure they are well taken care of. I am a college student, so I have a pretty flexible schedule. Between just letting out or staying the night, I only have a one class on Mondays and Fridays, none on Wednesdays, and three in the morning on Tuesdays, and Thursdays so I will be able to be flexible to your pet's schedule. Depending on your situation, I am able to adapt to your home environment, whether it be a pet on leash, fenced in yard, or crating your pet. I am able to adapt to whatever, you know your pet best so I will listen to whatever safety regulations you have implemented.

“Brittany did 2 night house/dog sitting for my senior blind dog. She was very nice, communicative, and sent photos - no complaints here! One thing I really appreciated: there is a large gap in the day between feedings so informed her a head of time that she may leave for a bit like 1-4 hrs if needed for errands, appointments, etc (she did not ask! I came out with this and usually tell sitters this). I just dont want my dog alone all day and night as I work from home and am always here, and I do not want too much in and out or just walk ins. Closer to the scheduled sitting, she kindly let me know she would need to step out briefly which I confirmed was still fine. Without me asking her to do so, she messaged me when she left with expected time of return and messaged me when she officially returned”
