My home and the area I live in is safe and quiet. If you'd like me to crate your pet when I go out for my errands, I ask if you would please provide your crate.
Information Sharon R. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your pet has any special needs, interests, ie, favorite toys and activities, if enjoys being brushed - any information you feel that would be helpful in order to provide your furry family member with the most pleasurable experiences while you're away.
A typical day
When caring for your pup, we start our day with a potty break. Soon after, we take our 30 - 45 minute walk, depending on the amount of exercise your pet is accustomed to. Each day, we'll vary our walks from country roads, to Ralph Stover Park and the Delaware canal, if you're agreeable with that. After our walk, we'll practice commands and tricks - to keep their brain active, play catch with a ball or toy (if they enjoy that), other interactive play activities, and include lots of praise, petting and gentle massage. Throughout our day, we'll take potty breaks every few hours and have cuddle and play time.

Pet care experience
I've taken care of animals since I was a child. I come from a large family (I'm one of 7 children) and we had the good fortune of caring for several dogs and cats growing up. I adore animals. They give so much and I thoroughly enjoy creating a safe, peaceful, fun experience - for them and myself! I live in a carriage house apartment on a very quiet street called Blueberry Lane, in a beautiful rural area of Pipersville, Pennsylvania. I'm a 5 minute drive to Ralph Stover Park and the Delaware River. I love to walk my dog friends on my street, through the park and along the canal. I live alone and do not have pets of my own. I host one furry family member at a time, and they will get my full attention. Because of the size of my home, I'm unable to host large dogs. But I'm very happy to stay with and care for larger dogs in your home.

Reviews
Sharon took great care of our Maine Coon kittens as well as our home while we were away for a week. We appreciated meeting her in person before our vacation. She sent us updates and pictures daily. The kittens were calm, healthy, and happy upon our return. She left the house in perfect order and the plants were well taken care of. She was professional, trustworthy and asked detailed questions. We highly recommend Sharon for pet setting in your home.

Sharon stayed with our Cavapoo, Harper, for the first time during Thanksgiving week. We communicated several times prior to her stay, which was very helpful. Sharon and Harper had the opportunity to meet prior to the stay, as well. Sharon provided an update every day that we were away, and she was also very respectful of our home. Harper seemed very happy when we returned, so we know she was well cared for. We would definitely ask Sharon to stay with Harper again!
Sharon R. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.
