“I'm grateful we found Vanda! I worry about taking my dog to daycare because he's young, energetic and big, and can be too much for some people and some dogs. He's my big baby! But Vanda's got a great understanding of dog behavior and knowing what they need at different moments of the day. When to let them play and when to give them space/rest. I appreciate her clear communication and the photos/videos she sent me throughout the day. Nami had fun and we'll be back for sure.”

About: I would love to care for your fur baby! I was a veterinary assistant for 3 years and have also had more long term “dog nanny” jobs as well. I have dealt with any kind of dog you could think of. I recently had a blind, elderly chihuahua and adopted my pup at 10 weeks old so I’m used to old and young babies. I can administer medications and can cater to most special needs any pet has. I also have my own pet sitters insurance. Feel free to reach out to ask about any accommodations your pet might need or if you feel unsure about anything, I’m always happy to answer questions and go the extra mile to make sure your pets feel safe and loved. :) I recently decided to pet sit full time! Most of my jobs have revolved around animals so it made the most sense. I am home 24/7 unless I have a quick errand to run. If it’s a nice day or we all have jackets we usually walk to the park near my house and play fetch (I have 30 foot leashes) or just sniff around for a while. I always bring a treat pouch to work on some focus training with my dog. Let me know if you want me to work on any basic obedience with your pup. At night we usually eat our dinner, have our last potty and all cuddle up on the couch until bed time. If your dog needs a late night potty let me know! For overnights in your home, I would be happy to do a meet and greet with you and don’t mind if you have cameras in your house. I typically would do an evening to the next morning for the rate shown on my profile (ex. 6pm-10am). But prices are negotiable depending on the specific hours I’m needed for overnights/house sitting (if I’m just popping in and out during the day and staying the night, or I’m needed 24/7). My home is very dog friendly with a dog toy box, dogs bed in each room and they are welcome on our beds and couch. I have a baby gate separating my living room and the rest of the house in case dogs need to be separated during feeding time or when I leave the house. I also have cameras on the area your pet will stay in if I step out for a moment. Boarding includes up to 3 walks a day (with or without my pup), as much outdoor time as weather allows in a 16x16 play pen (completely supervised), all feedings, oral/topical medication administration, daily updates with pictures and unlimited cuddles and play time with my pup and I. For bed time you are more than welcome to bring your dogs bed or I will provide one for them. If they would like to sleep in bed with us they are more than welcome to. There is also a crate in my home if your dog is crate trained and prefers it, but it is never used unless an owner requests it. Doggy daycare would be similar to boarding, just without the overnight. For walks I am happy to go the route your dog normally goes or do a short drive to a nearby park. I take walks very seriously as the last thing I would want is for your pup to get loose. Usually for larger dogs I bring an extra slip leash to use over your dogs collar to prevent them from getting loose if the collar unbuckles/slips off. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask anything. I am a helicopter mom to my baby and I treat every dog that I take care of like my own.

About: I stand out because I offer not just love and attention, but real experience caring for pets of all ages — from playful puppies needing training to senior pets requiring extra patience and gentle care. I’m reliable, attentive, and treat every pet like they’re my own family. Pet care fits naturally into my routine because even though I attend school and work on Sundays, my mother — who has just as much experience with dogs as I do — is home full-time to help ensure pets get constant love and attention. Together, we make sure no pet ever feels alone or neglected. I stick closely to their usual routines to help them feel at ease. If a pet enjoys being around other animals, my cousin often brings her friendly dog over to keep them company. If the pet prefers being alone, I make sure no other dogs are around during their stay. In a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and follow all care instructions carefully, giving pets the personalized attention they deserve.

About: I have two years of experience caring for dogs in my home, providing a safe and loving environment for small and medium-sized pups. I ensure daily walks, playtime at the park, and plenty of attention to keep them happy and comfortable. Whether your dog loves cuddles or outdoor adventures, I tailor care to their needs! I work from home with a flexible schedule, allowing me to provide attentive care throughout the day. Whether it’s feeding, playtime, or just keeping your pet company, I can easily adapt to their needs and routine to ensure they feel safe and comfortable. In my home, I provide a safe and comfortable environment where pets can relax and feel at ease. I follow their usual routines, including feeding, playtime, and cuddle time, while also ensuring they have plenty of enrichment and attention. If caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and follow all instructions to maintain a familiar and stress-free environment for their pet. Whether in my home or yours, I prioritize their well-being, comfort, and happiness.

“Kate and her pup Riggins took wonderful care of my senior dog. She checked in often throughout the day with pictures and updates, which made me much more comfortable leaving him for the day!”

About: I have been caring for my own dog and family member’s dogs for about 8 years now. Every summer, I dog sit for family and friends and do as many Rover services as possible. I have experience with many breeds and sizes of dogs but I love all animals as well. I am currently working remote and looking to spend my free time caring for your pup! I am happy to do walks as well as sitting. I live in a house with a yard I have walked big to small dogs. I have one puppy and one senior dog so I can handle a lot of energy along with elderly dog care. I intend to make good use of my time with your dog and do whatever is requested.
