About: Hi, I'm Marissa! I'm one of those people who, before I came out of my shell, spent more time with animals than people. Sometimes I still do. I've had dogs and cats all my life, and also rode horses starting just before I was 4. I have 7 years of experience on Rover and another 2 independently dog walking and sitting before that. I’ve cared for many kinds of dogs and cats, fish, turtles, donkeys, a family of racoons, and more. And I have a lot of experience caring for older animals and animals with medical conditions. I also used to volunteer with my mom transporting rescue dogs with Echo Dog White German Shepherd rescue. I am a homebody for the most part, so once I'm there I'm probably not going anywhere. My capital W Work is writing - I'm 13 years into an elven magic realism epic screenplay/novel series, it is my passion project and pet/housesitting gives me the time to tend to that vision, and fur babies to keep me company! Walking and playing with them keeps me active and in my beloved nature. It is a great joy to give people peace of mind while they travel, knowing their home and furbabies are in good hands. I know how stressful it can be - I was born in the Northeast and then moved to Nashville when I was 12 so my mom and I would drive up there to visit family, but we would often bring our dog and cats with us on that 13 hr ride because we didn’t have anyone we trusted to watch them. It’s a great time, unless it’s a family emergency. Now, I get to be that person for other people! My clients relaxing, knowing that they can have fun or do what needs doing and that their fur babies are taken care of at home - that is priceless and never gets old. If you have 3 or more pets, I'm happy to give a discount. I know how hard it can be trying to find care for them when you have many. Feel free to reach out! Pets are family. I will make sure they receive the best care possible! I'm a night owl myself when I'm home but whatever their routine is, I will stick to that as much as I can. For dogs, walks are included in housesitting if you want that. And any plant and garden care etc. Totally depends on your and your pet's needs. I'm so excited to look after your fur baby!

About: With over four years of experience working with animals, I’ve had the opportunity to care for pets in a variety of settings. I’ve held multiple roles at two reputable pet boarding facilities and began my journey by providing in-home dog and cat sitting services. About: I have taken care of a lot of animals. I’ve had exotic animals, cats and dogs. I’ve taken care of senior dogs while also taking care of four week old puppies I will always make sure your animals are treated as if they were my own and make sure they get all the love and attention that is needed. I’m currently only working afternoons so I am available in the morning but I can normally drop in twice a day if needed. For housesitting, I will make sure your house is clean and tidy when I leave and make sure your animal is well taken care of I will make sure your dog stays on their schedule and has adequate time outside. I will love on your fur babies and keep them safe while you are out of town.

I am an animal lover since childhood, I work full-time as a therapist, and for years, I have done pet sitting on the side. I have a clean townhome I take pride in that is located in Bellevue (near Edwin Warner Park) with a small back patio and no pets or children in the home. I would love to offer a safe space for your pet. I have a partner who lives in the home and also loves animals, and she is available to take care of any pets I watch, as well. I do ask that any pets I care for are up-to-date with their shots/vet care (and you can provide proof), and I am not comfortable caring for pets that bite or scratch. I really hope to connect with you soon! : ) Brooke I am home most of the time, and I am currently working mostly from my home office except on Wednesdays when I work in my therapy office in Crieve Hall. I will defer to my partner for some scheduling needs on Wednesdays. I make sure I have a clean, serene and non-stressful environment for pets I watch in my home. I will let your pet sleep in the bed if they want, walk your pet, feed your pet, play with your pet, and I will give it as much (or as little) affection as it needs! No other animals or children reside in my home at this time.

About: I’ve always been around dogs and I started dog sitting for my neighbors when I was in high school. That lead to me getting a couple more clients and it brought me so much joy! I also have experience with puppies and senior pups. My schedule has definitely shifted to be more flexible. I’m currently unavailable only 2 days out of the week, and am more than happy to work with you on scheduling! I have two dogs in our home that get along great as well as one cat, which keeps things interesting! I have quite a bit of land behind our house that the dogs love for running around. My dog Korra sleeps with me every night and is a little spoiled. When taking care of others’ pets, I just like to prioritize communication and ask about their preferences and boundaries with their animals. I generally like to treat them as my own and treat them as i’d want my animals to be treated. No one else will be assisting me with care!

I have worked with a variety of animals such as rabbits, horses, birds, dogs, cats, turtles and some fish. I have had to give animals medicine and I am always looking out for their safety. I am currently working part-time , so I will have plenty of time to walk your dogs or check in on your animals and spend time with them on a schedule agreed upon. About: My girlfriend and I have over 10 years of animal care experience. Anything from boarding, training, fostering, and sitting. We look forward to spending time with your pet and giving them the best possible experience they can have. Long walks on a walking trail or Montgomery Bell Park are some of our favorites. Trust in us for all of your pets needs. Our animals are our life and someone will be there for round the clock care for your pet. More than willing to work with you on timing and boarding days anyway we can to make sure you have the best experience. I have a fenced in yard for your pup to enjoy quality playtime with our well trained pups. All pups will be crated at night for bed with minimum crate time throughout the day. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and puppies for quite a few years. From fostering, to helping neighbors and friends, I have a lot of experience with dogs of all ages and have taken great care of each and every one of them. I treat them like apart of the family! :) and I also have a lot of patience, and care for all animals. I currently have some flexibility during the day with my full time job, which allows me to pay attention, spend more time with animals and dogs! And to go on walks, go get plenty of exercise, and to keep all of these dogs great company to make them feel safe! I live in a very quiet neighborhood and live in a house and have access to lots of trails and grass areas! I have watched love to be around me and feel safe. I always let the dogs stay with me in my room, and whatever the client prefers- I am always flexible. I have this indescribable love for dogs, so just know your dog will always be cared for like it was my own! I have flexibility in my days to let the dog out every few hours, and not be gone too much of the day! And to spoil and love them as much as I can. I have a house, where there is access to trails and plenty of grass areas and walking areas and a small backyard! Our two dogs here are so friendly and love having visitors :)
