“Always a pleasure. Pooh loves seeing Charles and we are thankful to have his help. Charles is easy to work with and great with our special needs senior dog.”

About: I am very passionate about animals, dogs in particular. I volunteered for a length of time at HAWS shelter interacting with them or just spending time with shelter dogs. They truly bring me Joy! My job of 29 years was recently eliminated. This now allows my week to be pretty flexible to do what actually brings me joy = spending time with animals. My preference would be to have a changeable schedule with clients. I take very good care of my dog, my husband and I love her and spoil her dearly. At this time, I am signing up for dog walking and drop-in visits and am happy to spend time with your furbabies.

“Taylor is the best! She is very reliable and my dog loves his time with her. She even took him out for a walk in the rain!”

“Louie was treated to two very long walks by Tierney. She was super responsive and easy to work with and send tons of pictures and videos of their adventures. Would highly recommend to dog owners!”

“Maddalena is so helpful and flexible! I appreciate her thinking ahead- she saw it would be raining so she took our dog on a quick walk and then played with her inside. Dallie still got some energy out, and we couldn't be happier. :)”

“I had Becky walk my six month old puppy for a couple of weeks and she was great! She provided lots of photos and a detailed update after each visit. I highly recommend her!”

“Shelby is great! We couldn’t ask for anything better. Shelby walks our dogs three days a week and she’s been on time, extremely sweet, the dogs love her and she keeps us informed on our dogs. We have a big German Shepherd that tends to pull on walks, and Shelby rose to the challenge without complaints. I highly recommend her to others looking for a walker.”

“Suzi couldn’t have been nicer and more attentive to our needs! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for someone to help out with their furry loved ones!”

“Jan has been great, and Gizmo loves her! She will take him for walks, be sure he goes potty, and play with him in the yard for a bit. Jan is also flexible should a scheduling conflict arise. She truly loves dogs and looks forward to seeing Gizmo a few times a week!”

“Genesis is everything you’d want in someone taking care of your pet! She was amazing with my senior dog and was a fantastic communicator too! I would highly recommend her services to anyone and will definitely be seeing her again soon! Thanks Genesis :)”

About: I am a part time college student. I am going to school to get my ECE Degree. I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was 10 by volunteering at humane societies and having my own dogs. I also worked at a doggy daycares throughout Florida and Wisconsin. I love all dogs like they are my children. I would love to own my own rescue center but as of now I want to gain more experience with taking care of different breeds and just express my love of animals to the world. I hope that you choose me to be a temporary parent for your dog and that he or she is in perfect hands and will feel at home. Thank you. Hopefully we speak soon. I work third shift for Target and dog sit during the day. I make sure they are taken out three-four times and feed twice a day. I care for them like they are children. Go on walks, feed, cuddle. Run like crazy and crash from exhaustion. I also love getting to know the dogs personality.

About: I grew up with cats and dogs and have raised my own cats and dogs, including a dog with health issues. I'm an ultra runner, and recently lost my best running dog, so what better way to get in some miles than to run with your dog?! I work from home part-time so I have flexibility during the week. On the weekends, I just have to work around my kids' sports schedules. I have years of experience running, walking and hiking with my own dogs. I will keep your dog safely leashed/harnessed while we are getting our steps in, making sure they are comfortable and properly hydrated.

About: I recently adopted my own dog as a puppy during the pandemic and have been a proud dog mom ever since! Besides my own dog I have experience with walking extended families dogs and caring for my friends dog while they were out of town. I'm looking to use the skills and experience I have gained to care for other pets in my neighborhood! I'm currently a new grad school student at UWM (go panthers) so my schedule has a bit of flexibility to it. I have classes in the evenings at the moment and would prefer to do morning walks during the week or anytime during the weekend! While at a clients home I am very attentive to their pet and its needs and make sure to give it the same love and care as I would my own!

“Jeff is a very experienced dog walker that does great with my 120 lbs Rottweiler. I would definitely recommend him to anyone especially owners of large breed dogs.”

“Kristina communicated very well and was very patient when dealing with some technical difficulties relating to my apartment building access. My neighbors said she was pleasant and Korbin enjoyed his walks with her!”

About: Hello Rover World. I am a nurse hoping to help you with your fur baby on my off days. I have always had a dog in my home growing up and currently I have one fur baby of my own. I work three days per week, that leaves me plenty of playtime and cuddles with your pet. I am available day and evening hours. We can further discuss your individual pet needs. I am available for playtime and walks near your home. If your dog has special needs, I would love to hear more about their unique traits. I understand the frustration of finding a trustworthy caregiver. I am ready to give your fur baby love as if they were my very own.

About: 🐾 Buddy’s Boarding — Where Pets Feel at Home Hi! We're Percy and Darik — two experienced pet lovers offering premium dog boarding from our home in Brown Deer. One of us is home full-time, giving us the flexibility to provide reliable, personalized care for every pup we host. 🐶 Why pet parents love Buddy’s Boarding: • Spacious yard with a partially fenced area for play and potty breaks • Flexible pick-up/drop-off times with clear communication • Convenient location — just 10 minutes from I-43 and Hwy 41 • Quiet, dog-friendly neighborhood with sidewalks and green space • Two attentive, dog-experienced sitters under one roof • Access to a dog-friendly pool (summer months only, supervised, optional) ✨ Our Story Buddy’s Boarding is named after the dog that started it all. At 10 years old, I found Buddy as a stray near my dad’s business and begged my mom to let us keep him. She said yes — and from that moment on, my bond with animals was sealed. That connection still fuels the love and care we give every dog who stays with us. Whether your pup is active and playful or chill and cuddly, we tailor each stay to their needs. Let us know your dog’s routine and preferences — we’re happy to accommodate. We can’t wait to welcome your dog into our home. 🐾 👉 Send us a request to get started — we’d love to meet your pup! Pet care fits seamlessly into our daily routine. My partner Darik works from home as a graphic designer, so there’s always someone present to supervise and care for the dogs. I work part-time as a dog handler in the mornings, which means I bring both experience and structure to our day. Between the two of us, we’re able to give pets plenty of attention, play, and potty breaks throughout the day — with flexibility for early drop-offs, midday walks, and evening wind-downs. It’s a rhythm that’s built around making dogs feel safe, happy, and at home. Safety We prioritize safety by pet-proofing our home, keeping hazardous items out of reach, and supervising pets at all times. Whether it’s backyard play or a leashed walk, we ensure dogs are always in secure, pet-friendly environments. We also tailor safety measures to each dog’s personality, energy level, and needs. Trust Building trust with both pets and their people is at the heart of what we do. We take time to understand each dog’s routine and preferences, and we maintain regular communication with pet parents — sharing updates and photos so they always feel connected and confident in our care. Environment Our home is clean, cozy, and designed with dogs in mind — with plenty of space to move, comfy spots to rest, and loving attention throughout the day. We create a calm, positive environment and adjust our approach to meet each dog where they’re at. If we’re caring for pets in their home, we follow their routine closely to ensure they feel safe, secure, and comfortable in their own space.

17. Perseus M.

“As someone very nervous about leaving my cats while on vacation, I knew I needed to find someone I could trust. Perseus watched my three cats on short notice and took the time to understand their individual needs and very specific feeding schedules. One of my cats only eats one type of food and changes her mind every other day, another needs to eat behind a closed door so the others won't eat their food, and one of them is very shy around strangers and I was worried he wouldn't eat while I was gone, but Perseus was patient and made my scaredy-cat feel right at home. Upon my request, he agreed to send daily updates on the cats so I could be assured they were being well-cared for, and he was happy to confirm all the tedious things I asked for to make my cats as comfortable as possible in someone else's home. He was personable, kind, and patient with both me and my cats, and made me feel more comfortable with leaving my babies with a stranger! At the end of the week, he didn't feel like a stranger anymore but someone I could genuinely trust.”
