“Let me first start by saying, I work in the pet care industry and don't trust just anyone to watch my dogs. Perseus is always my go-to person when I need a dog and cat sitter. I have one dog that can be very nervous around people and can be a lot sometimes but she loves Perseus and she definitely doesn't love everyone. He is one of the most trustworthy people I know and I 100% know my dogs and home are well taken care of. I also have two cats that live in the home with my 3 dogs and he makes sure everyone gets the love and attention they need while we are gone. He would send me pictures and videos of our pets, which I love to see while traveling. About: I have been passionate about animals, big and small, my entire life! I have volunteered at humane societies, fostered animals in need, cared for the pets of family members and friends, interned at AZA-accredited zoos, and worked at wildlife sanctuaries. Currently I am a full-time licensed wildlife rehabilitator caring for injured and orphaned Wisconsin wildlife with the goal of releasing them back into the wild, but I have previously worked with a variety of domestic animals both in my personal and in my professional life. I am well versed in animal behavior, body language, and positive reinforcement. I promise to treat (and spoil) your pets like they are my own! At the moment I have 3 sweet cats, a high-energy dog, a mischievous chinchilla, and a gentleman of a ball python! Please do not hesitate to reach out and get to know me more! I currently work 4 days of the week at my full time job so I am only available select days. I am eager to spend time with your pets, however, so if my schedule shows I am unavailable, please reach out anyway as I try to be as flexible as possible! About: I recently adopted my own dog as a puppy during the pandemic and have been a proud dog mom ever since! Besides my own dog I have experience with walking extended families dogs and caring for my friends dog while they were out of town. I'm looking to use the skills and experience I have gained to care for other pets in my neighborhood! I'm currently a new grad school student at UWM (go panthers) so my schedule has a bit of flexibility to it. I have classes in the evenings at the moment and would prefer to do morning walks during the week or anytime during the weekend! While at a clients home I am very attentive to their pet and its needs and make sure to give it the same love and care as I would my own!

“I’m so glad I found Jan on Rover! She is a great dog walker. When she came and met our puppy prior to her first walk I could tell she is a big dog lover. Her job is flexible so she is able to be flexible with coming over as well. Great at communicating about the walk/playtime. Our puppy had a stomach bug and she kindly cleaned up his accidents when she came over. I also overbooked her and unfortunately had to cancel a few walks. She was very nice about it. I will definitely be using her again! I can’t recommend her enough.”

“Joe was wonderful with our dog Bauer. He made sure Bauer had water in his water bowl before he left each day and sent me pictures and a message about how the walk went. Joe even went above and beyond to make sure Bauer got some exercise when the weather was dreary by checking the forecast and getting the walk in between rain showers. We plan to continue to have Joe back to walk Bauer when our work schedule is too busy for time for his regular exercise.”

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life growing up , They’ve always been part of the family! In my early 20’s I worked for a company walking dogs a s I currently take a dog to daycare / walk 3 times a week ! I love all animals ! I stay at home daily and occasionally do some part time work that is flexible . I’m pretty open and able to work around your schedule ! I have a fenced in yard that accommodates smaller dogs or dogs who will not jump . I have a 13lb Pom who is my little baby And seems to get song very well with other dogs.
