“My dogs Nala and Murphy absolutely LOVE spending time at Katie’s! Nala had such a great time at daycare today—she came home happy, tired, and clearly loved. Both of my dogs have stayed with Katie many times for daycare, boarding, drop-in visits, and even house sitting, and every experience has been exceptional. Katie is incredibly detail-oriented and always goes above and beyond to make sure my dogs are safe, happy, and comfortable. She’s even administered medications for them with care and precision. Her communication is top-notch—she sends lots of pictures and wonderful updates, which always makes me feel at ease. I can tell how much my dogs enjoy being with her by how relaxed and joyful they are afterward. Truly couldn’t ask for a better sitter! I highly recommend Katie to everyone!”

About: Our home in Brooklyn Park is ready to host your pet. Having had a Great Dane for almost ten years, we are ready to watch pets in any size range. We have no dogs or cats in the home currently, but are set up to give your pet the best possible experience while you are away! We have experience with senior dogs and dietary restrictions such as raw feeding, as well as giving medications as needed. Currently, both Jackie and I work from home, so there is always someone around during the day. We live right off of a walking trail, so daily walks will be no problem. We have a fenced in yard if your pup likes to be outside. Otherwise they are welcome to hang out with us during the day on one of many dog beds, or on the couch for cuddle time.

About: I grew up on a farm and have fiercely loved all the pets I've ever had. I have lots of empathy for pets, especially when they have to be separated from their family. I'm a stay home mom, so pet care fits right into my routine. I'm mostly home 24/7, so I have lots of time to play and cuddle. I have a good sized fenced in backyard. We have two friendly (and sometimes shy) cats who get along well with dogs and other cats.

“Lori is watching my boy goose for a longer stay coming up in a few months so we did a daycare day for a trial to get him acclimated etc. Lori is phenomenal with communication and the sweetest picture updates. It was so helpful to know goose was happy and healthy while I was in office all day with meetings and he can’t wait to play with her pup jiggs again! I would absolutely recommend Lori for any and all of your pet sitting needs!”

If helpful, I can also come by to pick up your pup from your home. My home includes two young boys, ages 8 and 6, who love dogs and are very comfortable around them, so your fur baby will be welcomed into a warm, family-friendly environment. 🐶 My yard is not fenced, but your dog’s safety will always be my top priority. When we’re in the backyard, I will keep your dog securely on leash and never let them out of my sight, so you can feel confident they are always supervised and cared for. “Fist time Rover customer and first time I have ever left my puppy with anyone else besides my family so I was kind of nervous but everything went wonderfully. David and his dogs were amazing with my girl. It sounds like and looks like from all the great pictures they had a blast! I brought my dog over two days in a row for care while I was working and she was excited to go back on day 2. She seemed happy, well cared for, and had her energy out at pick up! Thank you again.”
