Amy was professional and easy to contact, and sent photos and updates daily. She has a great and professional setup and I knew my pup had lots of opportunities to socialize with the other dogs, sprint around, rest, lay in the sun, cuddle, and eat some treats. Amy was also very easily able to accommodate for my dog’s allergy to chicken and gave him some oral medication from our vet. Amy was a gem and we will definitely be back the next time I need a sitter :)”

“I had a last minute trip come up, and needed someone to watch my dog Nala on short notice. I rarely travel, and I work from home so I was a little worried about her separation anxiety. Amanda took amazing care of Nala, made sure she felt comfortable and safe. She provided regular photo updates, as well as keeping me informed of how Nala was eating and sleeping, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Nala had a great time playing fetch, going for walks, and snuggling on the couch. Amanda even sent her home with a cute home-made treat box (all made of ingredients that were sensitive to Nala’s allergies!). I’ll definitely be booking with Amanda again next time I need pet care - Amanda, thank you again for taking such good care of Nala!”

About: I grew up with dogs, and miss them dearly in my life! Friends, neighbors and family have relied on me for years to take care of their pets: while away traveling, or in hardships. From closely monitoring my friend's cat after surgery when she couldn't call off work, to weeklong stays in family homes with rambunctious puppies, I've done it all. I've always had a passion for animals, including exotic pet care! I have personally kept a freshwater aquarium and understand that fish and reptile care is much more detailed and intensive than many may first assume. You can rest easy knowing your pets will be in good hands, and will be given the detailed care and attention they deserve. I'm currently in recovery from a chronic pain condition. This gives me incredible flexibility to take on care at any time, and give your pets the attention they deserve! Depending on my health, my availabily may fluctuate, but now that I'm finally on the upswing I'm ready to be active and my abilites will only increase in the coming months! I am currently not offering care through my own home, but I am happy to provide check ins on many varieties of pets! I adore reptiles and exotic pets, and will happily feed, administer care, and help wear them out by playing inside, in the yard, or walking the nearby area.

“Words cannot describe how thankful we are for Izzy. We were able to truly enjoy our vacation knowing that Turkey was being so well cared for. We could fully relax knowing that Turkey was happy and enjoying herself while we were away. Izzy went far beyond any expectations we could have had. Since Turkey is a hairless cat, Izzy had to put on and take off her sweatshirts daily and carefully determine whether the weather was appropriate for walks and outdoor time — which can be tricky given Turkey’s lack of fur and grumpiness! Turkey’s ears also require regular cleaning because they collect wax easily, and Izzy helped us tremendously with that as well. Throughout our trip, we received photos and updates from Izzy, which gave us so much peace of mind. We would recommend Izzy to any family looking for someone who will give special attention, care, and love to their beloved family member. We were away for 9 days, which was the longest we have ever been apart from Turkey. When we returned home, we were amazed by how happy and comfortable Turkey was, and by how consistently Izzy maintained Turkey’s feeding schedule. Most importantly, Izzy is truly a gem of a person. Her calm, easygoing, yet detail-oriented character made our time away completely worthwhile. We will absolutely continue requesting Izzy’s care moving forward!”

About: I have had dogs & cats as pets since I was a child, and have a lot of experience in caring for all types of dogs/puppies and cats. I live in an apartment and due to space constraints cannot have my own currently - but I very much miss being able to play and take walks with a pup! So this has been best case scenario for that. I work full time on the week days and have the evenings for walks or visits. The weekends are very open for me, as well. I treat every dog and cat I meet as my own, and I have experience with larger breeds that pull and jump. I can adjust to most all situations and personalities.

About: Our home in Brooklyn Park is ready to host your pet. Having had a Great Dane for almost ten years, we are ready to watch pets in any size range. We have no dogs or cats in the home currently, but are set up to give your pet the best possible experience while you are away! We have experience with senior dogs and dietary restrictions such as raw feeding, as well as giving medications as needed. Currently, both Jackie and I work from home, so there is always someone around during the day. We live right off of a walking trail, so daily walks will be no problem. We have a fenced in yard if your pup likes to be outside. Otherwise they are welcome to hang out with us during the day on one of many dog beds, or on the couch for cuddle time.

I’m not ready to bring a new dog into the family yet, but I’m eager to get to know and care for your beloved furry family members! I grew up with a Dalmatian named Pal, a Heinz 57 called Skipper, and have loved many other dogs along the way, including Maddy, Blu, Mercedes, Birdie, and Moomin. I’m currently working part-time and eager to fill some time meeting, playing with, and caring for your beloved pets so you have peace of mind. I’ll come to you and check in with your dog(s), allow them to relieve themselves, take them for a walk, ensure their water bowl is full and give them some loving attention when you can’t be there.
About: I love dogs, no matter the size, age, or breed, I am determined to be your dogs new best friend! I've been dog sitting for a few years now, originally just within my neighborhood, I started Rover as a summer job last year, but I fell in love with it and decided to continue. I've always loved animals, so getting to spend time with your beloved pets is such a privilege! I am currently a college student, but I do online classes so the majority of my time is devoted to dogs. I am committed to providing personalized, and loving care around the clock. While your pets are here, I try to maintain their home schedules as much as possible, for example, if they eat at a certain time At home, that's the time they'll eat here. I've noticed that it helps ease the transition between my home and yours. To them, my home is just an extension of their home. I also have experience with senior dogs, puppies, and dogs who may be recovering from illnesses or surgeries. I can administer oral or topical medications and provide cpr if it were ever necessary. If your dog has specific or specialized needs, please let me know and I will ensure I work with you and them to provide the best care possible. My schedule completely revolves around the dogs. I am a college student, so occasionally school endeavors can interfere with pick-up or drop-off times, but for the most part, I can fully adjust my schedule to the needs of you and your dog. You are always free to adjust pick-up and drop-off times with no extra charge, just send me a message and we'll work out the best time for you. I do not charge in situations such as a missed flight, illness, or other unforseen circumstances that may require your dog to be in my care for a little longer. My main goal is to always treat your dogs like my own! Everyday I ensure your dogs are loved, and I try to spend as much time with them as possible. I have a large fenced in yard where your dog can run and play, I try to spend as much time outside as possible. If your dog is social, my dogs love to play and socialize with yours. I have a Golden Retriever and a Havapoo, they're both neutered and very friendly. Rex my golden is very gentle and plays well with smaller dogs. If your dogs prefer to be on their own, I can do staggered outside time and keep them completely separate, no problem! Feedings always take place in kennels or separate rooms, so dogs are always separated for that.
About: I cared for puppies all the way up to geriatric dogs, providing love, exercise, companionship, nutrition, comfort, safety, enrichment, routine, attention, socialization, and support for them. I am currently available evenings during the week and all day Saturday and Sunday. I have plenty of time to care for your lovely pets. I am an active, animal-loving person excited to offer a safe, caring environment for your beloved pets. Although my yard isn’t fenced, I always keep dogs on a leash when outdoors to ensure their safety. I live in a wonderful, dog-friendly community with plenty of scenic walking paths—perfect for getting fresh air and exercise. I've shared my life with two incredible dogs who each lived happy, healthy lives to the age of 18 before crossing the rainbow bridge. About: I am currently a student at the University of Minnesota studying Animal Science and Veterinary Care, and I am looking to gain additional hands-on experience working with animals. Since I am unable to have pets where I currently live, I am excited for opportunities to care for and spend time with companion animals through dog walking and pet sitting. About: I work for the Osseo 279 school district so I am off in the summer. We have a dog and cat of our own. We also foster dogs through No Dog Left Behind quite often. I am comfortable, taking care of dogs, puppies, and cats! I have lots of availability in the summer until school starts. I am available all day on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have experience crating dogs if needed while I stay at your home. Because I work remotely I'll be able to play with and walk your pet throughout the day.
About: Dogs have always been apart of my life, as I always had a dog growing up and at one point owned 5 dogs. To me having 5 dogs is no different than having 1, as long as you have enough love to go around. All they want to do is love you and make you happy, so how can you not love them in return. I have 3 dogs of my own right now and enjoy spending time with them. I probably spoil them as they know when I come home with bags that there is more than likely a treat or toy for them. I am available any day and time and have a fenced yard. I am reliable and trustworthy and would treat your dog with care, respect and love.
