About: I’ve cared for pets my entire life, including dogs, cats, and small animals, and I bring that same love and attentiveness to every pet I welcome into my home. I’m especially patient and gentle, which helps shy or senior pets feel at ease. Whether it’s keeping a consistent routine, offering calm companionship, or making daily walks the highlight of their day, I treat every animal like family. My settings show 1 pet at a time so as to not receive multiple booking requests. However, I am happy to take care of multiple dogs from the same household. Message me with details. I work from home full-time, so your pet will have lots of companionship and attention throughout the day. I’m available on weekdays, weekends, and even holidays, with plenty of time for walks, play, and cuddles. Whether your pet needs a calm, consistent routine or extra playtime, I’ve got the flexibility and dedication to make them feel right at home. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. My home is secure and pet-friendly, with a calm environment that helps animals feel at ease. While my yard is partially fenced, all outdoor time is supervised to ensure your pet stays safe. I’m always mindful of each pet’s routines and needs. I know how important peace of mind is when you’re away—so I treat every pet with the same care and attention I’d want for my own. I am happy to accommodate your communication needs, with photos, so you will be assured of their well-being.

“Me and my dog love Dayana, this was my first time with a dog sitter and was perfect, I enjoyed my day so my dog who went straight to bed after a full activity day, definitely booking with her again.”

About: I have owned and taken care of animals of all kinds for over 30 years. Growing up, in addition to caring for the family dogs, cats, gerbils, finches, and fish, I had my own neighborhood dog walking and pet sitting business. I started riding horses when I was six and have been doing farm chores ever since. I currently have chickens, a cat, and two horses for whom I provide daily care and training. I am comfortable with animals of any kind, big or small, furry or feathered, old or young. I also have experience caring for senior and chronically ill animals. I am passionate about providing animals with the best care possible. My mission is to treat and love all animals as if they are my own, and to go above and beyond to ensure they are happy and healthy. I understand how hard it can be to leave your animals in someone else’s care and trust another person with their wellbeing. I therefore make it a priority to be responsible, reliable, and dependable. I am also PetTech CPR and first aid certified. I am available on weekends and holidays to care for your fur babies (I currently work full time during the week as an Implementation Specialist for a software company). I will provide the care *you* want your fur babies to have. I understand how important it is to do things the way *you* want them done.

“Daisy had a great day with Stef! Stef met with us in advance to meet Daisy and learn about her daily routine and requirements. She made it very easy to drop Daisy off and pick her up and also sent a few pictures during the day. Stef took her out for three walks, one of them was a car ride away from Stef's home which was an adventure for Daisy. It was almost hard to get Daisy into the car as she didn't want to leave. Daisy was so tired that night and into the next day, but was very happy. We are looking forward to having Stef take care of her again!”

“Carol is amazing. This was my first time using Rover, I had anxiety over dropping off my puppy ( he actually turned 1, still my puppy) without a request from me , Carol took time to text and let me know things were going well 2 hours after I dropped him off. This allowed me to concentrate on the rest of my day. She later sent a video which put a smile on my face of my fur baby playing having the time of his life. She walked me through how to introduce the pups to start their day. I am hopeful that in the future should I need a sitter she will be available. Thank you Carol for all you do .”

“We’re so grateful for the excellent care that Shankar and family took of our cockapoo Mochi! They were great communicators- sending frequent photo and video updates of Mochi enjoying the beautiful, grassy, fenced-in yard, sniffing chickens (on the other side of the fence), playing with their dog, and snoozing on the couch. It was clear Mochi had a great day and that they are true dog lovers. We’ll definitely be back when we’re in the area and highly recommend them to all!”

“Allison was wonderful with helping me out very last minute 2 days in a row when my regular sitter was away and I hurt my ankle. Did a walk one day then doggy daycare the other. Very flexible as well as friendly, I could tell that Benny took right to her after his initial reluctance to leave me. Highly recommend!”

“When we found Michael on Rover.com, we were at our wit's end. Our 8 year old German Shepherd, Minna, was used to staying with her "grandmother" while my husband and I worked. When grandmother passed away in November, Minna shared in our grief, because she loved her as much as we did. Eventually we had to go back to work, so Minna had to go to the local large scale dog center full time. She'd been there many times before for socialization or training classes, but only for a few hours at a time. But now she was full time, week after week, during COVID when there were not enough staff for her to play with (she likes humans more than dogs!) and being with up to 24 other dogs and only 1 human was too much for her. The place was great, but it was not longer the right place for Minna. She was terrified every morning we dropped her off. Until someone recommended Rover.com! I did some researching and just couldn't find the right match close enough to our home/work. Then one day, Michael's name popped up and he sounded like a perfect fit. Plus, he was only 5 minutes from where we worked! I was skeptical because it sounded too good to be true, but we scheduled a meet & greet with Minna and Michael. We fell in love with him right away and new he would be great for Minna. The tough sell would be Minna, as she was still in "depression mode" and was scared and reluctant about new things. But within a minute or two, Michael had won her over too! After 2 or 3 days, Minna was no longer scared to get into the car. No more shaking going towards the house. It was all I could do to hold her back long enough to get the leash on her! She would RUN to the door to Michael's house every morning. That was in March and 4 months later, she is still just as smitten as she was then. She sees him 5 days a week and she's never been in better spirits, in better SHAPE, or happier. As an added bonus, she's actually enjoying playing with other dogs now too! Michael keeps his daily dog count pretty low, so each dog gets lots of individual attention. He sends me photos of Minna in action throughout the day - playing with a new friend, being a goofball, or just cuddling with him after a long walk. He takes them for walks every day, they pig pile on the gigantic doggie bean bag for cuddle time (with Michael usually on the bottom getting kissed to pieces! LOL!), he's got a wonderful, fenced-in back yard, kiddie pools for the hot days, lots of toys to play with, and a bottomless well of patience, love, and attention that he doles out on each dog in his care. This is truly his calling. You can tell how much he enjoys the dogs just by seeing his face light up when they arrive to see him (and vice versa!). I cannot recommend Michael highly enough. He literally saved our dog's life and our sanity. She was so depressed and anxious and NOW she's almost like a puppy again at 8 years old! She is so happy and MUCH healthier and it's all due to Michael and his wonderful dog-whisperer skills. We just love him and so does Minna!!”

About: I have had pets all my life and adore animals. I enjoy taking the time to play with the dogs, and giving them the love and attention that they need. The Townsend Rail Trail is right near my house, and I am able to enjoy multiple daily walks with my 4 year old Jack Russell Terrier, Loki, on that trail. At this time I are unable to accommodate dogs who are aggressive, or dogs who are not house trained. I currently work from Home, so I am able to devote plenty of time to ensuring that the dogs get plenty of love and attention throughout the day. My daughter also enjoy spending time with any dogs that I have at the house giving them extra love and attention throughout the day, always supervised and as appropriate with each dog. My yard is not fenced in, so a dog would be leashed to play in the yard, but I have a dog runs to enable the dogs to enjoy some time running freely in the grass each day. I am able to separate the dogs as needed and for feeding times to ensure that they remain stress free. We are able to accommodate crate training schedules as needed, our dog is only crate trained at night. We are home most of the time, but if we do leave the house we ensure that the dogs are not left alone for extended periods and we are able to seperate them safely while out of the house without crating them unless requested. We do have two cats, but as our dog does not get along with them we have them separated upstairs from the dogs and all pets are 100% safe. The dogs have free run of the downstairs and the cats have free run of the upstairs all day so that everyone remains safe and happy with no issues!
