“I just moved to South Carolina a month ago and had to be away a couple of days this past weekend. I was quite anxious having to find someone to stay in my home and take care of my sweet, Nala. She is older, is a rescue, is a large dog, and the move was alot for her. I arranged a meet with Jerry and I was at ease right away; more importantly, Nala was at ease right away. I think dogs sense immediately if a person is a good fit or not. The day I had to leave, Jerry showed up on time (a bit early, actually, which I truly appreciated) and Nala was very excited to see him. Jerry sent many pictures and texts about how things were going over the two days, let me know when he had to leave for awhile and communicated when he was back. Nala needs alot of love and Jerry was attentive and very willing to give affection to her. The stay could not have gone better. Jerry was also very respective of my home and took good care of everything while I was gone. I highly recommend Jerry and am grateful I found him on Rover.”

I have three cats of my own that I absolutely adore, so I’m especially attentive to routines, personalities, and the little things that keep pets happy and stress-free. Whether it’s dogs, cats, or simply keeping your home in order, I treat everything with the same care and respect I would my own. Note: I also worked at an animal shelter, where I picked up valuable knowledge, tips, and hands-on experience that I now bring into every pet I care for. I am not picky about specific instructions (I actually really enjoy getting as many details as possible about your pet and their routine) and I will do whatever you need me to do to take care of your animals, just let me know what care your animals need. He sent me numerous pictures, took them on long walks (even though he didn’t have to) and let me know when one of my dogs meds was starting to run low.
