I have over 35 years experience caring for/training dogs through obedience training and also training them to become certified therapy dogs to visit memory and elder care facilities . I take care of pets in your home and tailor the routine to help them feel safe, comfortable and loved in their own home and surroundings. I truly love what I do. Please note: I have a 3 night maximum overnight stay due to having 2 dogs of my own who also need care.

I do not offer pet care in my home at this time. My love and happiness is caring for fur babies in their own home because they’re comfortable, relaxed, playful and their separation anxiety is very minimal. They love their own home, in their own surroundings, and adjust so very well - I give them lots of love and play time.

I will spend some time getting to know your pet - his/her likes and dislikes, any behavior issues, such as does not like being near cats, or is scared of thunderstorms, loud noises, etc. It's also important to know if your pet has any medical issues or allergies. The more I know about your pet, the happier and safer the experience will be for him/her.
A typical day
I like to learn what your pet enjoys doing. Some enjoy playing with toys, chasing balls, going for walks in the neighborhood, or a number of other fun activities that are unique to your pet.

Pet care experience
I have extensive experience and training to care for puppies, adult dogs, kittens, cats and those with special needs. I also have training in first aid, medication administration and injectables. They need lots of patience & love. Being a dog mom myself, I love all fur babies as if they were my own. Of course, I have many clients with young to adult fur babies who just enjoy doing what fur babies do best - play, eat, sleep, walk and love. Their individual personalities are amazing. It’s fun getting to know them.
