Katherine is delightful, and very responsible! She took great care of my dog! Poppy was very happy. Katherine has great communication skills, sent a lot of updates with cute pictures, and was flexible about the last minute booking. Would definitely re-book with her!
Mikaela was so great and super flexible! Estrella was prescribed medications right before her stay and Mikaela handled it like a pro! She also sent updates and photos which was much appreciated. We truly felt like we could trust her and Theo to give Estrella the best care while on vacation, which was a huge relief. We are looking forward to have Estrella stay with them again!
This was our first time using Rover for boarding. Maddie was awesome and we highly recommend her! She was quick to respond to messages and took great care of our dog while we were on vacation. We also enjoyed the updates and photos she sent of our dog throughout his stay.
Zeppelin and his owners are beyond elated to have found Hannah and her doggies for boarding! From the meet and greet to pickup, we could not have asked for anything better. Hannah is intuitive, patient, kind, and has well trained doggies! She made sure to double check any special needs or requests and was very communicative during Zeppelin's stay. The pictures shared and behavior of our dog during drop off and pickup let us know he felt right at home. Hannah will be top of our list when looking for future care!
Jackie was so great, so sweet with Bear, super clear and great communication. Bear seemed like she had a great time, and Jackie sent lots of photos - it seemed like she genuinely enjoyed having Bear around too. I really appreciated that she made sure Bear would be a good fit at her house and with her dogs, and she went over all the details of what to bring, timing, directions, etc before the stay. Thank you Jackie!!
Kara was amazing with our puppy, Marty! We had a last minute change shortly before our trip and needed to find someone to care for our puppy. Kara was able to care for Marty and he did great in her home! She handled his puppy related behaviors without issue. Kara communicated with us throughout the week and sent us regular updates. We will gladly send Marty to stay with Kara again in the future!
My puppy had a really good time staying with Angela. I would say Angela is a super helpful, responsible and sweet person. She would send me pictures and videos of how my puppy was doing and communicate with me about any issues. Very thankful that she took really good care of the puppy! Cheers!
