About: We currently have one little dog of our own and have 6 years of experience on Rover. My hubby and I have trained and taken care of puppies as well. We have taken care of pets of all ages and sizes, including birds/parrots (we used to have a parrot!). When we are available and not working, we enjoy taking care of pets in the capacity of walking, drop-ins, or daycare. Depending on the services needed, we are open to all types of pets, sizes, and ages. We are allergic to cats so cannot do daycare at our place for cats but we can drop-in to feed cats. We live in an apartment so do not have a yard but do have plenty of places to walk. If doing daycare, we play, take walks, and snuggle with the dogs! We can only take small dogs into our small apartment for daycare but for services of walking and/or drop-ins, we can do dogs, cats, and other pets of all sizes and ages.

I am experienced with senior care; giving medications and supporting older dogs. I also have 4 years experience with dog walking and welcome energetic dogs. About: I have taken care of dogs from all age groups. Whether a senior dog who needs frequent bathroom breaks or a puppy who wants lots of attention and reinforcement, I love all of them. Besides, being a tennis player means I gotta put my unlimited supply of balls to use:) I work from home three days a week. If our furry guest prefers lots of attention or frequent bathroom breaks, it would be a perfect match. I only take in one dog a time. There won’t be other pets at home. About: From second grade until this past year, I grew up taking care of my maltese shih tzu everyday, named Ruby. She was certainly a very spoiled and loved dog! Since she passed just a couple months ago, it's been strange lacking the comfort and company that Ruby always provided me when I was alone- whether that was on long hiking adventures or just relaxing. In spite of her passing, and my overall affection for animals, I'm eagerly looking forward to finding new furry friends to take care of, play with, and join me on my walks! Growing up, I also frequently took care of my neighbor's dogs which gave me experience with all different breeds, sizes, and behaviors of dogs as well as cats. And aside from all my love for Ruby, she was definitely stubborn and picky so I have experience in dealing with difficult dogs, keeping patience, and figuring out how to accommodate each individual dogs needs and personality. Additionally, my sister has been on rover for years and has watched countless dogs and cats through this platform, and I've helped her out a lot, which has obviously provided me with the most relevant experience possible! I will be a junior at UW-Madison, but for now I am enjoying my summer in Madison without classes going on! Therefore, I have plenty of free time and so I'd love to fill it with caring for pets! Living at a prime location in the UW-Madison campus, and having easy access to my car means I can walk or drive to you and your pet and come to your home even if it's outside of campus. Whether your dog likes to loiter around every mailbox we pass on walks, or if they like to run, then I'm the dog walker for them! I'm happy to do a casual stroll and bathroom break, and just as happy to do long, multiple-mile walks. As I've gotten used to my whole life, I will always pick up after your dog and will make sure they stay safe and close to me by using whatever leash and collar you can provide. And no matter the weather, I'm still happy to spend the time outside with your dog! If you just need me to stop by to feed your pet and take them for a potty break outside, then I will happily pick up after them in the yard and after they are done eating. I grew up in nice home with a Mom who always taught me to keep things clean, organized, have good manners, and when at others homes to always leave things cleaner than how it was when I arrived. I've upheld these morals in college and so if you'd like me to stay with your pet for extended periods of time at your home, I'm the most trustworthy and respectful person to hire!

I have a soft spot for the big dogs (they're lap-sized if you commit!) and am currently training for a half marathon, so getting good long walks or jogs in will be built into my day! She watched our girl, Zuki, for six days, and she texted us updates and a few photos until we felt reassured that Zuki was adjusting to a new environment well. Our dog is a rescue, and she has some strange behaviors such as being reluctant to drink water in the house (maybe because an alpha dog “claimed” the water dish at the rescue). Erin made sure that Zuki ate enough, drank, and she took her plenty of walks. What’s more, she cuddled Zuki to make her feel more at ease. Erin even ended up sleeping on the couch near Zuki to keep her company. About: I have taken care of my dog Koda for 15 years. So I have been with him since he was a puppy to and elder. I trained him to go through obstacles, taken him on countless walks and hikes, and showered him with lots of love. I’m currently a college student so my classes vary each day. I am free Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays before 12 and I am free Fridays and weekends. I am flexible to help out late afternoons Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I live in a very calm, spacious, and animal friendly apartment. I am also surrounded by nature and live one minute away from a beautiful and lengthy walking path with lots of greenery. I also am very well organized so I would make sure your home looked exactly as it did before I arrived. I am more than happy to be accommodating to peoples privacy and living space.
