“Having Bob take care of Nino was a great experience. I could tell at drop off that it was going to go well as he happily followed him in to his building while I was still parked outside. We had a short meet and greet before the actual stay which also went well. Bob is very conscientious and really wants to ensure my dogs stay went well. He came home very happy and calm. Bob has very good communication and interpersonal skills and strives for exceptional customer service. Will definitely be contacting him again.”

“Brenda was extremely accommodating! I had a really late notice booking I mean almost day of the day I had to leave I booked. Brenda was more than easy to work with. Gave me multiple updates every day. Walked my high energy dog. Played with her. Really went above and beyond. Can’t recommend her enough.”

“Our little boy Teddy had the best stay with Andrew. We had a meet and greet with him before we left for a 7 day vacation out of states. Andrew became friends with Teddy right away and it was such a relief for us. Teddy was pampered with treats, lot of belly rubs and kisses! We receive ample of pictures and videos of Teddy and it was great to see that Teddy was so relaxed and happy. Andrew is going to be our first preference moving forward for taking care of Teddy. “Janice is a wonderful sitter. I felt very comfortable leaving our Grace with her. She took her on two walks daily and played in the fenced-in backyard. I'm sure Grace was treated like a princess!”

“Pragyan and Anurag watched Izzy for three nights. They were extremely communicative and accommodating. We were stressed looking for a boarder starting that evening, and Pragyan was willing to hop on a call and answered all my questions. When we dropped Izzy off they both put her at ease and she happily followed them into the apartment building. At the end of each day we received a video update of the day’s activities with included walks, naps, trips to the dog park, and play time. We also received updates and pictures throughout the stay. While we were away we were confident that Izzy was being well taken care of and looked after as if she were a part of their family. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to use them again in the future!”

Her updates and photos made it feel more like sharing our dog rather than leaving our dog behind. Cynthia was patient with our shy dog, such that despite it usually taking awhile to warm up to people, our dog seemed comfortable after just a short time. We would absolutely leave our dog with Cynthia again!”
