Amy was very prompt at replying to my texts and communicating. Amy was very flexible when our plane was delayed and our dog unexpectedly stayed an extra night. We appreciated Amy accommodating our dog’s special needs (anxiety and reactivity) and showed our dog love and kindness. We would book with her again.
Elena has been our top choice for boarding Flash for more than 2 years. She clearly loves dogs and provides a safe and stimulating environment. Flash always has fun with Elena at the dog park and he enjoys playing with her dog. We will miss her now that she is moving to a different city.
Robert was fantastic! He sent regular updates with pictures the whole time, so we always knew our dogs were in good hands. His big backyard was a dream for our dogs, with tons of space to chase each other. He also did a great job administering our dog’s medications without any issues, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
Jenny & Darin took such wonderful care of my dogs. Their communication was excellent, and the consistent pictures and updates truly put me at ease and allowed me to fully enjoy my trip. It means so much to know they were in a safe, loving environment, and I’m genuinely excited to have found a family who made their home a safe haven for them. Da Yeon was amazing in every way! She went out of her way to give our sweet doggy the best experience while we were gone, and was fantastic in communicating and coordinating. Anyone would be lucky to have their fur babies stay with her, and we’re so grateful to have had such a great experience!
Shorty had another great stay thanks to Sophia’s tender care. Sophia shared photos and updates, and Shorty came home happy and well taken care of. We especially appreciated Sophia keeping Shorty calm through the horrendous storms that passed through our area while we were away.
