He didn't even realize he was away from home and was so happy as if he was on a pampered vacation himself given all the love and support from their family. Communication was seamless and a friendly pre-boarding meet and greet made us feel more than comfortable allowing him in their care. Murray even had an exacerbation of known health condition that they identified, addressed promptly, and were able to provide supportive cares and medicine to get him strongly back on his 4 paws in no time. We would surely board him with them again in the future!”
