Prior to dropping my dog Daisy off, and during my vacation, Sarah was a prompt communicator, and always sent me updates and photos. I appreciated that she asked if she could bring Daisy to the dog park (which Daisy definitely prefers, although obviously Sarah wouldn’t do that if you weren’t comfortable with the idea). Daisy also got along so well with Sarah’s dog Pepper, and I honestly really appreciate that Daisy had another playmate. Finally, Sarah had an extra crate, so there’s no need to lug a crate with you if you book her! I’ll definitely be booking her for my future trips!”

About: Studied Animal Science in Puerto Rico, moved from Ohio a 3 years ago to this loving town and looking forward to make new 4 leg friends. I got a rescue named Luke he learned commands really fast. Im working full time but all my spare time is for my dog Luke and will like for him to have friends. He is very friendly and he is learning new tricks every day. My apartment is dog friendly. I love walking around my neighborhood. We have a dog park really close. And of course my apartment hast toys and beds everywhere. I come home at noon to walk my dog since my apartment is a mile away. In the afternoon I do a longer walk and a longer play time. Weekends we do mire walking and playing outside. I live in a apartment but walk my dog 3 times a day. My dog sleeps in his bed in the living room unless there is a storm. If there is other dogs staying I usually use the crate to be on the safe side.

He can be a handful sometimes and Joan did such a great job of not only attending to his puppy energy and mischief but also was great at easing our anxieties about leaving him for the weekend. Joan sent a lot of photos with a daily update and even got our pup out to a dog park! Would absolutely book with her again!”

She was very quick to respond with updates and pictures and was incredibly accommodating when our flight was delayed and we needed to change some details about the pick-up. Our dogs are still very happily tuckered out - I will be coming back to her for boarding in the future.”

“Kara is one of a kind! My dog Tashi spent nine days with Kara at her home with her animals and was cared for as one of her own. We got an update every single day about how she was doing and pictures which reassured us since we were nervous about being so far away from her for such an extended time. Tashi got to hang out with her dogs in her backyard, got her daily walks, got lots of couch and bed time, and was super well looked after and cared for. We are so grateful to have found Kara and know that we can leave and Tashi will be happy and in a home where she feels so comfortable and is in such good hands.
