“Kristina was a lifesaver when our usual dog sitter had to cancel last minute due to a health emergency. Kristina was available on short notice and even made time to come meet our dog Lorenzo a few days ahead to get him comfortable with her, and learn his routine and care needs. After that brief visit and her warm and patient approach with him, he took to her, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in great hands. She kept us updated on how he was doing during the day and took great care of him. We will definitely be using Kristina again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for help with their pet!”

“Rose was absolutely fantastic. She stayed at our house and watched over our senior dachsund “Wendle”. He requires alot of attention and she was so great at making us feel comfortable on our trip by letting us know how wendle was doing. BONUS!! she even fed our fish!! Rose was stellar and she will be the only one we reach out to for sitting services from now on.”

About: Ive always been around animals, both wild and domestic. I feel very fulfilled and passionate about working with animals, and understand their language quite well. Im happy to give exercise or comfort, whatever is needed. I can do some behavioral training as well. Im happy to adapt to whatever needs present themselves! I'm currently back at my parents house, waiting to join the Navy. I have plenty of free time and would love to spend it taking care of our furry friends! I have been traveling all over the country the past ten years, taking care of others pets and houses. This includes large lands, with chicken, goats, compost...the whole thing! I also have my own husky mix, and have kept her super happy and healthy. Ive also worked in behavioral health for years, and understand the approach that needs to be taken for both people and animals who have suffered from abuse.

“Kaileigh takes great care of our dog, and is regularly in touch with photos and updates. She has house sat twice for us, and we’d happily have her again, and heartily recommend her to others!”

About: I have owned dogs almost all my life and treat them as though they are my family. I have dealt with dogs who have to take medicine and dogs with different medical conditions. I have taken care of dogs of many different sizes from pugs to huskeys. I currently take care of my childhood dogs that live with my mother when she goes away. I am currently an unemployed college student, so over the summer I have all the time in the world to play, walk, and care for your pets! I will make sure that your pets follow all your house rules from putting them in a crate or not being allowed to use furniture.

“Great 👍! I had her for three days, came on time and treated my two big fur babies with love and affection. I hand retriever and a husky, so you know you got the hair all over. She enjoyed being with them and also sent me pictures for the updates. She was a great help and will definitely book for later. Thank you Sabrina 😊”

About: I have taken care of my family friends dogs for years, often ranging from elderly mini poodles to energetic border collies. I also have my own dog, however, because I am away for college she is currently not with me. I am also a Division 1 Athlete so I love taking them out on walks and having fun with them. I am available on mornings of weekdays and all day on weekends, because I am a full time student-athlete. In addition, late evenings of weekdays work well for me as well. I will often take pets on walks and make sure they get adequate exercise. Having a pet of my own, I understand how important nutrition is to your pets and will follow whatever plan you have for them. In addition, I also acknowledge how important it is to have a clean pet, and can wash your pet.

“Pam is the best. So sweet and thoughtful. I can tell she really cares about me as a client, but most importantly my 2 fur babies. Excellent communication and I will definitely have her as my dogsitter going forward.”

About: Your go-to for loving, personalized, and reliable care for pets of all shapes, sizes, and species. With years of experience in veterinary medicine, I bring not just love, but expert care to every pet I watch. Along with creating a fear-free space, I offer specialized care for your pet's needs. Whether it's nail trimming, bathing, administering insulin, or providing medications, I've got the skill to handle it. I'm here to make sure your furry (or not so furry!) friends feel safe, happy, and adored while you're away. I work Thursday/Friday 7am-8pm and Sunday 7pm-8am. We can touch base and organize an appropriate schedule with another sitter or walker for your pets for the days that I will not be able to drop in during my shifts. At home, caring for my own pets has taught me the value of attentive and individualized care. Whether that is keeping my cats engaged with new toys, or taking my dogs out for afternoon walks, or making sure my snake's tank is stimulating and has best parameters, every one of my animals gets the love they deserve. From regular grooming to health checks to knowing their quirks and love languages, my pet care philosophy starts in my home.

“Ivana is an AMAZING pet sitter. She is extremely caring and attentive for you and your pet. I am lucky to have had my pet become bffs with Ivana. I will absolutely be booking her again in the future and recommending her to friends and family ?.”

About: Hi! My name is Shelby. I am a dog owner and a recent graduate with a Bachelor degree in Animal Science on the path of becoming a veterinarian. I am looking to take care of pets of any size. I have experience from all over but the most significant one is my current workplace where I function as a veterinarian technician, so I’m more than confident in my pet handling skills. With that job comes responsibilities like medicating animals, watching and understanding body language, looking out for problematic symptoms, etc. all things I succeed in. At the practice I work at, we deal with dogs and cats of all different sizes and temperament, so do not be too worried if you book with me. With that being said, getting to meet your fabulous pet would be a great pleasure for me not only because I love animals but because it moves me forward in what I strive to become, which is, an understanding and caring doctor of veterinary medicine! I’m currently working full time as a veterinary technician. My schedule is Monday through Friday from 9AM-6PM, with an hour lunch break. I do have the weekends off. I have a fur baby of my own so I know how important it is to make sure whoever takes care of your pet is doing their very best and nothing less of that. I am an active listener so whatever you want me to do it will be done to a tee. Crating, giving medicine, enrichment activities, etc. are all things within my capabilities and even if something isn’t I will be sure to let you know beforehand. I have house sit before so updates on anything will always be given and I will leave your home just as it was. Your home and pet is like another part of you so I would never treat it as less than that.

She always makes sure their leashes are secure and brings water and snacks if the walk is more than just around the block. She is very caring and considerate of both the animals and their parents, and is always ready to take the time for a belly rub or behind the ears. She's always happy to play with them as much as having the fur babies sit, lie down, and stay!”

Julia G.

“Julia was amazing with my dog. She was always on time and updated me throughout the day. I would definitely recommend her and I will be using her services again”

Sabrina B.Star Sitter

Dakota W.
“They did an amazing job taking care of my very energetic dog while I was away. My dog is super hyper and full of energy, but Dakota handled him with patience and care. One of the things I appreciated most was how they managed his medical needs. My dog needed topical medication applied to a sensitive area. I could tell my dog was comfortable and well cared for. I came home to a happy, healthy pup, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. Truly a responsible, attentive, and compassionate sitter!”

Charlyne P.
“Charlyne loves animals. She has a lot of patience and is extremely gentle with dogs. She has watched friends dogs in the past. They have the utmost trust in Charlyne. Charlyne had a dog herself. She took care of the dog, bathed, walked, fed and loved the dog and most importantly made sure the dog was safe. Charlyne is passionate about dogs and they have a special place in her heart. Charlyne is always professional and courteous. She is the ideal fit for dog sitting.”

Sarina D.
“Let me begin by saying that if anyone uses a "dog caregiver" it pretty much guarantees that we think of our pets as much more than just a pet but rather a family member worthy of all the love, attention, and protection one might give a child or grandparent. Finding Sarina was pretty much a godsend for our Henry. Henry, is our King Charles Cavilier and when I say he is our second son that is an understatement. We had planned a vacation and unfortunately the itinerary did not allow for us to bring Henry. Sarina came highly recommended from close friends and we were a bit concerned to leave our Henry in the hands of someone else for a day let alone the 10 day trip. Upon our return Henry was almost said when Sarina brought him back to us and had to leave. To say Henry was well taken care of was an u understatement During our trip several times Sarina checked in with us to let us know how Henry was doing and give us updates, which although she was under no obligation to was extremely thoughtful and welcomed. It is that attention to detail and Sarina's professionalism that has kept her as our primary care giver for Henry whether it is for long day trips, overnight get aways, or bonified vacations. I couldn't reccomend Sarina more for such what we believe to be an ultra important job for everyone who shares the same thought that our pets are family. If this review had a rating system we would assign 5 stars, a 10 out of 10.”

Brightwaters pet parents share their Rover experiences
Nadine watched our senior pitty for the second time in the past 7 months. She is so loving and attentive to our fur baby. Nadine noticed her arthritis acting up and notify us so some additional medication could be administered. She is just a wonderful sitter- for our dog who has a lot of issues. I never worry when Jazzy is in her care since I know Nadine will treat her like her own!

Lauren was great with our recently adopted Great Dane! It was our first time leaving him and he was also separated from our other dog so we were a bit nervous about how he would behave. She communicated without us multiple times a day providing updates and plenty of pictures to reassure us that everything was going well. Both our pup and home were well taken care of during our 3 days away and we would 100% recommend her.

Our 2 cavapoos loved spending their day & night with Jenn! She's respectful, responsible & trustworthy. Our pups enjoyed their walks, play time, snuggles & sleep time with Jenn. She kept in touch and shared pics with us and we always knew that our fur babies were in such good & loving hands! We will definitely use Jenn again in the future, and highly recommend her as an overnight dog sitter.
