“Nadine is the best! This is our second time having her look after our two senior dachshunds (come January, they’ll be 15 and 17) and our 22 year old conure. All three were remembered her from her previous stint caring for them, and they were thrilled to see Nadine again. In addition to normal duties, Nadine went above and beyond by cleaning up and replacing pee pads used by my old man and by lifting him up and down the back stoop every time he went out. “Joanne took care of our 3 pets during drop-in visits over a 3-day period. Joanne showed great care while feeding and interacting with Fiona (our 10 year old pit bull), Davlin (our 17 year old frail cat), as well as Moshie (our shy 13 year old cat). Joanne provided detailed information regarding her care for the individual needs of each of our pets during each visit. She also provided numerous photos of each animal while visiting. Prior to her drop-ins, Joanne came over for a Meet and Greet in order to go over details while visiting, as well as getting to meet our pets. We hadnt gone on vacation for several years because we didnt want to burden friends with multiple cat visits. Rover to the rescue! Steff's daily drop-ins gave us the peace if mind we needed. She took care of feeding, water, litter boxes, and even meds. She came every day easing the burden on friends. She sent daily updates including photos of our fur babies. About: I have taken care of cats and dogs since I was a child - from puppies and kittens to senior furry friends who need a little extra care. I'm happy to make your time away from home worry-free, with walks, feeding, play time and lots of cuddles. I'll take care of your plants and bring in the mail too, making things easy for you to step away. Now that I am retired, I love taking care of cats and dogs! I have the time to offer extra attention, and love it when tails start wagging when I arrive. Let me help you take the worry out of being away! As an active retiree, I am available when you need me. Three visits a day? I'm there. Does your dog relish its long afternoon walk? Me too! Fussy eater needs attention from first bite to clean plate? Maybe a little cuddle time after? The schedule we set up is the schedule I keep! Safety and security is one of the most important parts of pet care. I check for locked doors at every visit. The leash is on before we step outside. I don't engage with neighborhood pets to ensure that your your pup feels safe with me. And while I know that kitties have their own personalities, I am always patient and thoughtful toward their unique needs.

About: I’ve been around animals since I was a child, whether they were family or friends or my own pets, I made sure to make myself available when they needed me. My experience includes dog sitting, dog walking and even taking care of medication. I’m currently finishing up college so I am available before and after my classes with any availability on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. When summer starts I will be working part-time at an internship so I will have continued availability that I will update as soon as I can. I have one dog and one cat living at home with me. They are both older now but I’ve had them since they were babies. I am responsible for both animals, for example cleaning up after both of them, feeding them, taking my dog out 3x a day.

About: I enjoy cats and dogs as I have had my own, currently pet sit for my roommates cats while she’s on vacation. Cuddle puddles are my favorite pastime Evenings and weekends are preferred, can be flexible. I can do drop ins anytime past 6pm on the weekdays and anytime on the weekends. Emergency calls can also be arranged. I care for pets by slowly introducing myself, first by smell then when comfortable, by touch. I give treats when warranted, but ensure no over feeding/snacking. Lastly I cuddle with pets who are most comfortable.

About: Dog walking is something I love to do. I take my dog (a boisterous standard schnauzer with quite the mind of his own!) on a walk everyday and love to help others out by giving their pup some exercise! I know that all dogs are unique, so I will take great care to make sure that I follow any instructions given and make this a great experience for the dog. I am good at reading a dog’s body language and know techniques to help calm a dog down if it gets overstimulated and will take necessary steps to ensure the dog’s comfort. I also know my way around the neighborhood, and can take the pup to new and exciting places (within the owners comfort level of course!) so they have a great time! As a recent college graduate, I have a very flexible schedule with ample time to dedicate to taking care of pets. I usually do morning and evening walks (as to avoid too high temperatures) and throughout the day can provide general pet care. I have a large, fenced in yard that pups can run freely in with my own dog. There is also a pool that they can use (under strict supervision of course!) and they have free access to all areas inside the house. We are also conscientious about making sure there are no dangerous things lying around (eg. socks, small items) that the dog can get to.

About: My friend and I raised our pup from when she was only 8 weeks old, so I have experience with all of the puppy to dog related things :) I'm a teacher and a volleyball coach during the school year, so I have plenty of free time in the summer to help out with your fur babies! Being a dog mom myself, I am super cautious when it comes to taking care of any animal. I make sure we are in a safe environment, harness / collar / leash is connected properly, and I stay alert to make sure your dog can have a fun and calming walk! For at home care, I am timely for potty breaks, making sure your pup gets some love and anything you ask for while I am there!

About: Ive always been around animals, both wild and domestic. I feel very fulfilled and passionate about working with animals, and understand their language quite well. Im happy to give exercise or comfort, whatever is needed. I can do some behavioral training as well. Im happy to adapt to whatever needs present themselves! I have been traveling all over the country the past ten years, taking care of others pets and houses. This includes large lands, with chicken, goats, compost...the whole thing!
