My sister has two dogs, one of whom is a super senior with special needs, so I’m very comfortable providing extra attention, patience, and thoughtful care. I also keep pet parents updated with check-ins and notes so they can feel confident their pets are happy, safe, and well cared for while they’re away.

“Nadine is absolutely wonderful with my two senior dachshunds and the senior conure. Before we went away for a few days, Nadine came to the house four times to get to know the dogs and the conure and to spend time with them. The “kids” love her and respond to Nadine as if she were an old friend. Our oldest doxie is a 30 lb standard who no longer does stairs, so he needs to be lifted up and down from the back stoop every time he goes out. The catch is that although the old boy won’t climb stairs, he suddenly thinks he’s Superman and can jump! Nadine quickly mastered the correct lift and block to get him up and down safely. Nadine kept in touch and checked in and out and sent extra pictures each of the three times she visited each day which was very reassuring. I know the dogs were in great hands, and so do they; and I know that because When I got home, they did not rush to see me to complain. They were welcoming and happy and totally at ease. We will absolutely use Nadine the next time we have to leave the dogs(and the bird).”

“Joanne took care of our 3 pets during drop-in visits over a 3-day period. Joanne showed great care while feeding and interacting with Fiona (our 10 year old pit bull), Davlin (our 17 year old frail cat), as well as Moshie (our shy 13 year old cat). Joanne provided detailed information regarding her care for the individual needs of each of our pets during each visit. She also provided numerous photos of each animal while visiting. Prior to her drop-ins, Joanne came over for a Meet and Greet in order to go over details while visiting, as well as getting to meet our pets. In addition, Joanne kept us up to date with each interaction while visiting and any questions or concerns that she or we may have had during the visits. Without a doubt Joanne demonstrates a tremendous amount of care and professionalism in every aspect while working with us and caring for Fiona, Davlin and Moshie. About: I’ve been around animals since I was a child, whether they were family or friends or my own pets, I made sure to make myself available when they needed me. My experience includes dog sitting, dog walking and even taking care of medication. I’m currently finishing up college so I am available before and after my classes with any availability on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. When summer starts I will be working part-time at an internship so I will have continued availability that I will update as soon as I can. I have one dog and one cat living at home with me. They are both older now but I’ve had them since they were babies. I am responsible for both animals, for example cleaning up after both of them, feeding them, taking my dog out 3x a day.

About: I enjoy cats and dogs as I have had my own, currently pet sit for my roommates cats while she’s on vacation. Cuddle puddles are my favorite pastime Evenings and weekends are preferred, can be flexible. I can do drop ins anytime past 6pm on the weekdays and anytime on the weekends. Emergency calls can also be arranged. I care for pets by slowly introducing myself, first by smell then when comfortable, by touch. I give treats when warranted, but ensure no over feeding/snacking. Lastly I cuddle with pets who are most comfortable.

About: Dog walking is something I love to do. I take my dog (a boisterous standard schnauzer with quite the mind of his own!) on a walk everyday and love to help others out by giving their pup some exercise! I know that all dogs are unique, so I will take great care to make sure that I follow any instructions given and make this a great experience for the dog. I am good at reading a dog’s body language and know techniques to help calm a dog down if it gets overstimulated and will take necessary steps to ensure the dog’s comfort. I also know my way around the neighborhood, and can take the pup to new and exciting places (within the owners comfort level of course!) so they have a great time! As a recent college graduate, I have a very flexible schedule with ample time to dedicate to taking care of pets. I usually do morning and evening walks (as to avoid too high temperatures) and throughout the day can provide general pet care. I have a large, fenced in yard that pups can run freely in with my own dog. There is also a pool that they can use (under strict supervision of course!) and they have free access to all areas inside the house. We are also conscientious about making sure there are no dangerous things lying around (eg. socks, small items) that the dog can get to.

About: Ive always been around animals, both wild and domestic. I feel very fulfilled and passionate about working with animals, and understand their language quite well. Im happy to give exercise or comfort, whatever is needed. I can do some behavioral training as well. Im happy to adapt to whatever needs present themselves! I have been traveling all over the country the past ten years, taking care of others pets and houses. This includes large lands, with chicken, goats, compost...the whole thing! About: I've taken care of dogs since i was 6. 2 Family dogs till they passed along with our first cat. We now have 2 more and another cat. Everyone always asks me when they go away if i could watch their pets because I just love animals. I'm currently working but done by 4-5 so my nights and weekends are free for walks or just some fun. weekends im free all day I would make sure the pet is comfortable in their home and give them all the attention they need and of course if theres any notes go over all notes
