About: We’ve been loving dog parents for over 25 years, and caring for animals has always been a huge part of our lives. After losing our beloved boy earlier this year, we’ve found ourselves missing the daily joy, snuggles, and companionship that come with having a pet. We’d love to share that love with your furry family member—giving them all the attention, affection, and care they deserve. Think of us as your pet’s extra set of grandparents: all the love, cuddles, and spoiling, with a calm, caring presence you can trust. I’m currently working but am winding down a 30+ year career as an educator. I’m available weekends and over the summer right now. My husband is semi-retired and is available Tuesdays and Thursdays all day. One or both of us are also available after 3 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We have a fenced yard and sadly no pets for your baby to play with. We have no children in the house either so your dog will be the only guest and will receive our undivided attention. We will only sit for 1 family at a time to ensure you the highest quality care.

About: I love all animals, but I have a special place in my heart for dogs! I grew up with a family dog and have cared for many of my friends’ and family members’ pets over the past 10 years. I’ve also trained my own dog and love learning new tips and techniques to help pets thrive. About: I have a passion for working with dogs (and cats), especially in training with them. I have 10+ years experience of working, riding, and training horses! No matter the age or size, I’ll be there to care for them when you need. Even if they have special needs or quirks, I’ll always accommodate I’m currently in-between jobs, but looking for something full time in the early morning, so I can prioritize my passion for a career with dogs! Weekends are available, depending on the time, but I will always try and work something out! No matter the size or age of your pet, I will always try my very best to accommodate! The two cats I have at home are harness trained so I can still provide them outside time. I am very willing to help at home with keeping within the animals needs.

About: My dog is the most important thing to me. Therefore I know what it’s like to worry about whether my fur baby is in good hands. “This was the first weekend that I had asked Maya to stay with my two dogs. Maya has walked my dogs many times prior to staying the weekend. And as always, she is very responsible, very caring, and is willing to go above and beyond to be helpful as she asked if I needed my plants watered or garbage taken out. Always willing to help in anyway she can. I am extremely happy to have found Maya to trust my two dogs with as I know she takes very good care of them and she takes them on almost a mile walk each time. I am very confident and having Maya stay at my house and careful, my pets, and I will definitely be asking her to do so again in the future.”

About: I enjoy cats and dogs as I have had my own, currently pet sit for my roommates cats while she’s on vacation. Cuddle puddles are my favorite pastime Evenings and weekends are preferred, can be flexible. I can do drop ins anytime past 6pm on the weekdays and anytime on the weekends. Emergency calls can also be arranged. I care for pets by slowly introducing myself, first by smell then when comfortable, by touch. I give treats when warranted, but ensure no over feeding/snacking. Lastly I cuddle with pets who are most comfortable.
