Some things I like to learn ahead of time: Would you like to schedule a meet-and-greet before the stay? What’s your preferred method of communication? Does your pup have any health issues that need to be tended to? For instance, dietary restrictions, medicine, or behavior triggers? Do you have a vet nearby that you trust? Is your dog spayed/neutered? Does your pup like to stick to a given schedule, like regular walks in the morning and evening? What does your pup do well around? What does your pup try to avoid? What’s the best way to spoil your pup?

Although I will always adhere to your pup’s schedule as closely as possible, I like to have a general frame for how a day should go. We would wake up in the morning, both eat breakfast, then go for a nice walk. Then we would come back to the house and either relax for a bit or play a little bit indoors. After that, we could either go outside in the backyard to play a nice game of fetch or maybe go to the dog park! There are great dog parks nearby that I would love to bring your pup to! Then it would be dinner time, which means that we would go for another nice walk after eating. After eating and exercise, we’d settle in for the night and bedtime!

I love how beautiful all dogs are in their own unique way! I also love how most dogs can show love and compassion to almost anyone they will meet. Animals just seem to fill our hearts in a very special way, so I became a dog walker and sitter to give back to animals and owners alike! I love that I can give back to the community by providing owners with peace of mind, and there’s just nothing like providing a pup with the love and care they need to thrive. I’ve been a lifelong dog owner and lover! Growing up, I always had dogs around. Additionally, I helped sit and walk my friend's and family's dogs and always was the first to volunteer when the opportunity arose. Then, in August of 2016, I got my own dog, a Pomeranian named Sora! He’s been so wonderful to take care of and I’ve learned a lot having to care for my own pup. I became a dog walker last year and it’s been a great experience. I do typically like to schedule meet-and-greets when taking on a new client. It gives us a great opportunity to get to make sure that we’re all a good fit for one another, and we can also use the greet to talk face to face about your expectations for the stay. When first meeting your pooch, I would bend down for them to sniff me. Once they got acquainted with me, I would give them some good pettings and let them know that I’m their new best friend! I always enjoy the greets because I think it also makes our time together much more easy on both of us. I don’t have any breed preferences, but I would like to know some of the dogs triggers before going on a walk with them so I know what to look out for! When your pup is in my care, I would make sure that you are aware of everything going on as it happens if anything urgent comes up, and provide a full report of our activities and your dog’s behavior at the end of the walk or sitting. I love to provide plenty of pictures as well so you can see just how your pooch is doing! I am currently available to walk, sit or drop in anytime Sunday through Thursday, and 6AM to 8PM Friday--Saturday. I unfortunately cannot accept dog boarding requests at this time but hope to change that in the near future! If you have any other questions please feel free to message me!

Very simply- Nick and Justin were awesome! Not only did they respond very clear to our initial last minute request, but they were so nice to our three dogs. Communicated every single walk that they were taken on and anytime that they were fed or let outside. If there were any concerns that they had, they made sure to connect with us before doing anything I felt like I was watching my dogs and I’m very appreciative. We will be sure to be using Nick and Justin exclusively for all of our trips in the future. And I would recommend them to you for your visit in the future as well. Thank you both.
