No matter the age or size, I’ll be there to care for them when you need. After losing our beloved boy earlier this year, we’ve found ourselves missing the daily joy, snuggles, and companionship that come with having a pet. We’d love to share that love with your furry family member—giving them all the attention, affection, and care they deserve. Think of us as your pet’s extra set of grandparents: all the love, cuddles, and spoiling, with a calm, caring presence you can trust. I’m currently working but am winding down a 30+ year career as an educator. I’m available weekends and over the summer right now. My husband is semi-retired and is available Tuesdays and Thursdays all day. One or both of us are also available after 3 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We have a fenced yard and sadly no pets for your baby to play with. We have no children in the house either so your dog will be the only guest and will receive our undivided attention. We will only sit for 1 family at a time to ensure you the highest quality care.

About: I worked at North Shore Animal League. I love cats and dogs and own 2 cats of my own, they are very sweet. Message me for any questions you may have about my availability, experience or pets and I would love to answer! I work from home so my schedule is very flexible for walks or boarding. I also have separate rooms that I can keep my cats in if your animal prefers to be the only pet. I have plenty of beds/toys for animals. I can bring your dog to for some play time ant a dog park or just for a nice walk. I live in a pet friendly apartment that is nice and quiet. I have leashes and treats as well and have no problem with your dog or cat going on my bed/couch

I carefully follow all instructions for feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications if needed, crate routines, and any house rules. I always make sure doors, gates, leashes, and fenced areas are secure, and I pay close attention during walks and playtime to keep pets safe. I’m respectful of every client’s home and will treat both your pet and your space with care. I’m also happy to send updates and photos so you feel comfortable while you’re away.
