About: As a graduate student pursuing a doctorate in Physical Therapy, I am responsible, attentive, and highly dependable. I understand that every pet has unique needs, whether that means keeping up with an energetic puppy, providing extra patience and support for a senior pet, or making sure anxious pets feel comfortable and safe. I am committed to treating every pet as if they were my own and keeping owners updated with photos and messages so they can have peace of mind while they're away. I have been around dogs my whole life especially Rotties and Labs!:) Being a graduate student, my schedule is very consistent and predictable. I will be working M/W: 12pm- 8pm T/TH: 7am- 3pm Friday: 10am - 6pm If I’m not at work I’m with your pup! I will usually have a break throughout the day that allows me to come home or stop by for potty breaks, walks, feeding, and check ins as needed. My parents are also home so your pup will never be left alone for more than a couple minutes! Someone is usually always home. On weekends I am always around which allows me to spend the morning, afternoon and evening providing attentive care, exercise, playtime, and companionship. Whether I am caring for pets in my home or in a client's home, my priority is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and maintain their normal routine. At my home, pets have access to a fully fenced-in yard for supervised outdoor time, exercise, and play. I provide regular walks, feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of attention based on each pet's individual needs. I live very close to my campus which gives me access to get home as quickly as 2 minutes for just incase purposes
About: My experience with cats started when I was 4 years old when I became proud owner of the runt of the litter, a dark calico named Jessica or Jess for short. She lived a long life, just shy of 20 years! Over the past 3 decades I've sat for cats and some dogs while babysitting or house sitting. No special certifications or trainings but willing to support the care and safety of your pet! Currently looking for full-time employement after a layoff last year. Background in nonprofit fundraising.
