7. Sandy K.
“Sandy is sincere, honest and competent. We hired Sandy to take care of our two cats for a little over 2 weeks. When she came for her first visit, we realized that we had forgotten to put in our initial request that we also have two outdoor cats we care for & feed. We asked Sandy if she would be okay doing that while we were away and she graciously agreed. She spent enough time with us to make sure that she understood all our instructions. While we were away she came everyday at the same time for 30 minutes to be with our cats, freshened up their food & water bowls, cleaned their little box and left little treats for them so they got a little exercise. She sent us updates and pictures through the Rover App during every visit so we could see our fur-babies were happy and healthy. We had peace of mind while on vacation that she was caring for our cats. We will definitely hire her again to take care of our cats when we travel next.”

About: Hi my name is Kayla! I work as a school nurse during the week and have a very active lifestyle. I love all animals, any shape or size! I have experience pet / house sitting and dog walking for friends and family. I promise to give endless belly rubs and to ensure a safe environment for your pets at all times :) I love walking my puppy Hudson. I try to take him 2-3 times a day. Whether it’s for a leisurely stroll or a more vigorous hike, depending on the dog’s age and physical abilities, I am able to do both! In regard to boarding, I live in a two bed room apartment with a fenced in back yard. Regardless of your dog has energy for days or is older and prefers to sleep all day, my apartment can accommodate for both. I am only able to host small and medium sized dogs at my home. The price you see for boarding is a base price for the typical stay, you can upgrade the tier of your pets stay to include a daily walk (+$15 per walk for one dog) I am currently working full-time at an elementary school so I am available for dog walks and stop in’s during the week before 8am and after 3:30pm. I am completely available at any time during the weekends. I am very trustworthy and responsible. I promise to ensure the safest environment for your pets and to be respectful of your home at all times.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals over the last 10+ years. I have experience with dog training from taking courses with my pit mix puppy as well as a Master’s in Behavior Analysis. I’m a great fit for timid pets who need some time to warm up and build trust, as well as experienced in keeping your energetic and playful pups busy and engaged. I’m also a self proclaimed professional snuggler for your couch potato pups! I’m currently working part time with majority of it being a work from home set up and have plenty of time to look after your pets. I keep a close eye on pets in the home and will carefully follow any care instructions left. I understand animal behavior and keep an eye out for any signs of distress or discomfort in order to best support and comfort your animals.

About: Animals are a strong part of my family due to my Grandfather having lived as a Veterinarian. This influenced everyone to have a special love and care for pets especially dogs! When my friend recommended Rover, it took me back to when I started a neighborhood dog walking service for anyone who had walking disabilities or just needed an extra hand, this was back when I was a teenager. Now having more experience and having lived with a beautiful Neapolitan Mastiff by the name of Lexi, I look forward to being able to share the care for your awesome pets as well. Lexi from puppy to adulthood gave me the chance to learn how it's like to truly enjoy playing, training and walking dogs of all sizes, energy levels and personalities. Lexi and other family pets have unfortunately fallen ill at some points during their lives so I understand how important medication schedules are and the patience it involves when administering them. Overall I'm not just an awesome pet care giver but also an incredible friend so I hope to meet you and your furry partner soon!!! My availability is very flexible and open as long as we work together to find the best times for both of us. If you wish to have a more recurring and set schedule then I will definitely accommodate myself for you :). I have my own transportation and able to help out from early mornings to late nights. Punctuality is very important to me just as it is for my future doggy friend. I am unfortunately unable to care for your pet within my own home but I do know of several awesome and secure dog parks that are fenced in. As well as carrying around a few toys and treats for extra training motivation :D. Running is one of my passions and allows me to really give your loved one an awesome exercise that will leave them swallowing up the water bowl :D I have had house sitting experience and will treat your home as the beautiful palace it is while focusing all my attention to caring for your space and doggy companion.

18. Erin Q.
“Erin was great. Our Hattie enjoyed her company!”
19. Lila K.
“Lila has been one of my closest friends for 12 years. She is a very caring and genuine person and someone I can always count on. Whenever my family goes out of town I can always count on her to watch my dog Mango. They get along so well and he always has a good time with her. She is someone I trust very much.”
