As the owner of a reactive 20lb dog (which my boyfriend stays with when I dog sit) who fluctuates between needing cuddles and needing alone time, I don’t just love dogs, I feel that I understand them. Because of my experience, I specialize in the "slow melt." If your pup is shy or moody, I don’t force interaction. My go to move is sitting on the floor and letting them come to me on their terms. Whether it’s a well placed treat (diet permitting) or simply offering a calm, "zen" presence, I let your dog set the pace for our friendship. What you can expect: Small Dog Expertise: Growing up with a 5lb toy poodle and now raising a 20lb pup, I’m well versed in the "big personalities" and specific needs of tiny pups. We had the absolute best experience with Kaylee as our dog and cat sitter! She took such amazing care of our pets and made being away from home completely stress-free. She sent us tons of pictures and regular updates, which we absolutely loved and really appreciated. It was clear from every update that our pets were happy, comfortable, and getting lots of love and attention. On top of being wonderful with our pets, Kaylee was incredibly respectful of our home. Kennedy was awesome. She was there for us when we had to book last minute because the person who was supposed to watch our dog bailed unexpectedly. She was receptive, considerate, kind, and communicative. I should mention that our baby is an English Bulldog. Kennedy understands the different needs of brachiocephalic breeds. And she was able to go that extra mile for us to properly care for our fur baby!
Sage is an exceptional sitter, and goes above and beyond when caring for your pets/home! We can be really anxious about leaving our pets when we travel, but this was the most at ease we have ever felt. Not once did we worry about our cats/dog while away. Sage provided us photos and daily updates, letting us know how each pet was doing. Our pets had excellent care and plenty of quality time. Not only did we come home to safe, happy animals (most importantly), we also came home to a really clean house! Sage helped with a number of house tasks (from taking out trash, picking up waste in the backyard, laundry, and more). We really could not have asked for a better sitter, and will definitely be hiring Sage again in the future.
Kaitlyn was great and my pets absolutely loved her! She treated our home with respect and the house was still perfectly clean when we got home. She was very communicative and sent plenty of pics which were very appreciated. Will definitely book with Kaitlyn again if needed!
Jeremy stayed in our home for a week with our Husky and two elderly cats - one cat requires both an oral and a topical medication and our Husky requires an oral medication. Jeremy provided excellent care and at least daily check ins with photos. Our home was super clean when we returned home and could tell that Jeremy tends to both the pets and home he is caring for like his own. Jeremy also handled more bizarre situations that were encountered (like a dead possum in our backyard) super well. Communication from the start of our request for a meet and greet was exemplary. Quick responses and always right on time at the agreed upon time even when using public transportation as the primary mode of transit. We would love to welcome Jeremy back into our home and would be so grateful to have him care for our animals and house again in the future.
Tammy was absolutely wonderful! She stayed at my home for two days while caring for my fur baby, Luna, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment we met, Tammy was kind, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. She took excellent care of Luna, kept me updated, and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. When I returned home, everything was spotless and well cared for. It was obvious that Tammy treated both my home and Luna with the same respect and attention she would give her own. Luna was happy, comfortable, and clearly well-loved during Tammy’s stay. Nikki is wonderful!! She goes above and beyond and treats our animals and home like her own. She is excellent communicating and sends lots of pictures :) I would highly recommend her to anyone. Our one cat is diabetic and requires daily insulin shots, and she handles it amazingly.
Madison was absolutely amazing with our dog Tato! She was very communicative the entire time from before the booking to during and on our way home. She completely catered to our his needs and made us feel very comfortable leaving our fur baby with her! I already booked with her again!
The best! Shaina watched our cat and dog while we were on a trip and was amazing as usual. We received so many pictures and videos of them having such a nice time. Our dog gets separation anxiety and he seemed to warm up to her in a couple days so he quickly realized how wonderful she is too. She also helped with extra some house things while we were gone!
