Caring for your pets as my own
I have been an animal lover all my life and have been around all types of animals. But dogs are my sweet spot. I have owned my own dog for the past 3 years, but have had numerous family dogs while growing up. I learned how to train my own dog by getting training lessons for her. I love caring my friend’s dogs and am often the one they ask to watch their pets when they leave town. I will give your pet all the scratches and belly rubs they desire as well take them on walks in my neighborhood as often as needed. As of now, I’m only able to do house sitting on the weekends, but I’m glad to do drop in visits and walking throughout the week.

Safety, trust & environment
I when walking other people’s dogs I am make sure they are leashes securely and comfortably. I only walk in neighborhoods that are walkable or if needed can transport in my car to a a more walkable neighborhood. I want all the dogs I care for to feel safe when out on their walks.

Fawnda is an attentive and caring pet sitter. I have used her numerous times when I've had to travel out of town. Fawnda has either stopped over a few times a day to care for and exercise my dog OR has stayed at my home to provide care. Since she is trustworthy and reliable, it gives me peace of mind to leave my dog in her care. Many people are reluctant to care for my dog due to his size (100lb Newfypoo) but not Fawnda - she is very comfortable taking care of him, which puts me at ease. Fawnda also has her own dog, so she understands the needs of other pet parents and will give your pet the love, care, respect and attention they need. I would not hesitate to recommend Fawnda to anyone in need of a pet sitter.

Schedule
I currently work in a hybrid job setting where I am home 2 days a week and in the office 3 days a week. But I am able to take breaks to take pups out for walks every 4-6 hours.
