“Juniper had the best day with Adrienne and her pupper. I felt very secure leaving my furchild with her and appreciated all the photos and videos.”

About: I don’t have much experience with dogs if I’m being honest. The only experience I had with a dog was with a baby pitbull and that was for about a year. That being said, despite my lack of experience I am willing to learn. My love for animals in general is why I am open to learning. I will still provide the same love, care and affection for a dog as I would a cat. My daily and weekly routine is very open for pet care. I am currently on maternity leave so I have lots of availability throughout my days. I treat them like their family and not strangers or “just for the money type of thing”. If the client has special requests as far as how they would want their pet taken care of, I would follow those requests and update the clients along the way.
“Justin takes amazing care of Finn, and Finn gets along so well with Justin's corgi, Watson. We also get tons of great updates about how Finn's day is going, and it's clear he always has a great time. Thanks again!”

“Theresa helped me out kinda last minute and my dog had a great time! Theresa let Sierra hang out and do what she was comfortable with. If it was local to the area I’d definitely have her watch Sierra again!”

About: Hi! I’m Shelly 👋🏼 I’ve been surrounded by animals my whole life and truly can’t imagine it any other way. I grew up with four dogs at home, along with birds, fish, and even a few lizards. So caring for pets of all kinds just comes naturally to me. 🐾 I have experience with dogs from playful puppies to sweet seniors, and I make sure every pet gets the love and attention they deserve. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just keeping them company, I’ll treat your fur baby like my own. I currently work part-time from home, so I’ll have plenty of time to care for your pet. They can keep me company while I do the same for them! Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I focus on creating a calm, clean, and secure environment. I follow any specific routines or instructions you provide, including feeding schedules, crate training, medication, and exercise needs.
“Tia was great! She accepted my request on short notice and made me feel at ease about leaving my boy Pete with her. We drove into town and needed a sitter for a few hours. She was the perfect choice for Pete the Pug. He was safe and secure in her fenced in yard. She also made him feel right at home letting him on her couch as part of the family. He made a new friend, Tang her adorable dog. She sent pictures and even a video to help ease my mind about dropping him off with a stranger away from home. I highly recommend her. And if we go back to Pittsburgh I will definitely book with her again.”

“This is the first time I used Rover for dog sitting, and I absolutely hit the jackpot with Greg!!! I highly recommend him to anyone in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh for dog-related services. He is very friendly, caring, highly flexible, and trustworthy, and he maintained excellent communication/was highly responsive during the week that he watched my lab, Lily. Not a single concern crossed my radar leaving Lily with Greg for doggy day care. I knew she was in good hands and would be looked after well.”

“This was my dog's first day at dog day care and it was only for a couple hours just to try it out. But everything went very well. Chang updated me with pictures shortly after dropping my dog off to assure me he was doing well. When I picked him up he was happy to see me but also seemed like he would have followed Chang back to her house if she wanted him to. So that was very comforting to see that he liked her. I will be a repeat customer.”

“Valerie and her son were absolutely incredible!! We made the request last minute and she was able to accommodate us which was so sweet. She’s great with communication and flexible as well. Most importantly, she kept in touch with us throughout the day, kept Wilson active and playful, and gave us a very detailed report at the end of the day. We are so lucky we found Valerie, would highly recommend!!”

“Tiffany is an excellent sitter! She was such a blessing to our family this week as we moved our daughter into college...we didn't worry one second about our puppy Chewie while he was with her. Our family has made a friend for life!”

“Barrett was fantastic. I was passing through Pittsburgh on a holiday weekend and needed someone to watch my two 1 1/2-year-old beagles while I attended a Pirates games with friends. Barrett welcomed Harper & Quincy to his home, provided regular updates, and took great of them (including giving meds). Would absolutely use again.”

“Hannah took good care of my puppy. We were sightseeing in the area and she took care of Charly for two days. She sent updates and pics throughout the day of outside activities and his daily water/food intake. Will definitely use her again if we are visiting the area!”
Brighton Heights dog parents share their Rover experiences
Eronda was great with our pup! After having a bad experience before with a sitter and our pup needing some special care because of a cast Eronda went above and beyond every expectation we had! She was an absolutely amazing sitter and made Prue feel so special we know she was in amazing hands and I’m sure Prue can’t wait to come back!!

Val is an absolutely incredible dog sitter and we are so lucky to have found her. She is very flexible and communicative with us on dates and times. And most importantly, she is so so amazing with our dog Wilson. He is so excited to go over there every time and she sends so many pictures and videos which are our favorite part! They do so many different activities and Wilson loves her son so much! Cannot rave enough, thank you and see you soon!!

Damara was easy to meet and talk about dogs and other things and we had a great time just meeting. Laddie I am sure enjoyed his visit--he actually acted a bit peeved that Andrea was picking him up. We are happy to have found Damara and plan on using her services more often.
It was a great experience with Christy. Very responsive, professional and regular updates about Cookie was a reason I was so much at ease and could enjoy my son’s graduation. Cookie seemed so relaxed and comfortable when I picked him up on both days. Thanks for your love and care Christy. Appreciate it !
