I work from home full-time, so your dog will get plenty of attention, walks, and play throughout the day. Since I work from home full time, I can give your pet plenty of attention, walks, and playtime throughout the day. I have a small fenced-in yard in Pittsburgh’s Northside for safe outdoor breaks, plus I love getting out for longer walks with my dog, at least once a day. Pet care is part of my daily routine, and I’m happy to adjust my schedule to meet your pet’s needs. When pets stay with me, they’re treated like family. They’re welcome to relax on the furniture, nap on the couch, or sunbathe on the deck. I stick to their regular routine for feeding, walks, and playtime to help them feel comfortable and at home. I also have a baby gate to limit access to stairs for small dogs when needed. Since I work from home, I’m always nearby to give them the attention, care, and love they deserve.

About: I grew up with dogs and have loved animals my entire life. I have been a pet sitter for many friends and neighbors over the years and had my own canine companion for 10 years. She passed away in November of 2023. Animals deserve to be loved and treated like family. I promise that your dogs will be treated very well and that they will truly enjoy their “vacation” at my home. It’s difficult to leave your “loved ones” in the care of others and I know that feeling. Rest assured that they will be cared for and spoiled to the best of my ability! I am a behavioral therapist who works with children and families. I have a hybrid job which means that I work from home doing Telehealth services and I also see clients in person at times. I am home for most of the day and this worked perfectly when I cared for my late dog, Arwen. I do not have any pets currently. I have an elevated deck that is only accessible from the house. It is surrounded and my dog loved to spend time out there basking in the sun. I have a yard but it is not fenced in. My neighborhood is quiet and very dog friendly.
