About: As the VP of a dog rescue and senior shelter volunteer for many years, there isn't an animal I don't feel comfortable handling. From young puppies to seniors, to active dogs and dogs that need patience or positive reinforcement training, I am here to help! I am currently a part of the Department of Education reduction in force, so I have a flexible schedule mornings through mid-afternoon, Mondays through Fridays. I will follow whatever instructions you provide for your dog. If you'd like your dog to get some socialization, I am happy to include our personal dog who is incredibly dog social and tolerant. Please message me if you are interested in that at no extra charge. I am experienced with dogs that are not dog social as well, in addition to reactive dogs and dogs that are wary with people. Really, anything you and your pup need, I am here to provide.

About: I love dogs and my girl Stella loves to make friends. Due to her play style Stella does best with small to medium dogs who also like to play. If your pup isn't into playing, we can always crate and rotate so everyone has a good experience. In addition to Stella, I have fostered more than 30 dogs over the past 8 years. I am extremely responsible and understand that our pets are family and I would treat them as such. I work from home full time so I'll be able to spend a lot of time with you pet and make sure they get plenty of exercise. I live near several walking paths so despite living in an apartment you pet will be able to get out for lots of enrichment walks. I have a private patio where they will be able sun bathe if they like that too!

She met up with us in advance and we were able to take the dogs over to hers so they could get familiar before the day of their stay. I love going on long walks and heading to the dog park when the weather is nice. I am here to help you care for your pet the best way possible. I have a flexible schedule and am able to do "drop-in visits" and "rover now" walks during most week days when many walkers are unavailable. I am in the office two days a week, Tuesdays and a flex day. I can't wait to meet your fur baby! I work from home 3 days a week and am home most weekends! I too Iove middle of the day walks and all day hangs! I am in a pet friendly building with a small dog run/park attached, also very close to Rock Creek for longer walks. My home is child free, smoke free, and I dont have a pet so your fur baby will be my sole focus! At your home I make sure to keep pet and home safe!

About: I have had my own dog, a beagle, for over 8 years, moving to three different countries in that time. I have grown up surrounded by dogs. I have a plethora of experience looking after dogs, so rest-assured they are in good hands. I spent a long time with a dog trainer, training our own dog so that is further experience I have. I also just love dogs! I am currently studying so have a lot of flexibility during the day and for longer stays at our place. This flexibility allows to me to visit homes also. We have a closed garden which is just ours for our own pup and for any pup that stays with us. Multiple day beds dotted around the house with plenty of space for them to relax and make our home their home! We have two spare bedrooms, so each dog that stays with us will have their own space!

About: I've cared for numerous dogs and cats for my friends and family over the years, and few things bring me more joy than seeing a happy pet! I'm confident caring for, engaging with, and taking care of both cats and dogs. I started Rover as both a way to earn more money and also hang out with awesome animals. I deeply want a dog of my own but travel regularly for my day job. So, I'm here to help take care of your furry friend instead when I’m free! I work from home and have a two bedroom condo with a yard, so your pet will have plenty of space to relax and have fun. I also am available for sop in visits to cats whenever free. I have a fairly flexible schedule on a daily basis. I work normal 9-5 hours from home and can take regular walks or drop in appointments for cats. I have a 2 bedroom a condo that has a fenced courtyard. I also work from home so am generally around for play time and walks.
