They are very communicative and reliable and make sure they understand your dog’s personality and care needs so they can make it a comfortable and positive stay. We had a meet and greet with their dog Rufus prior to setting up daycare and Bodhi and Rufus play very well together. They always send a Rover card documenting how the day went with photos and potty breaks. They even go above and beyond and give Bodhi mental enrichment with puzzles and healthy treats.
