“Michelle was great with my dog Oakley! I was so thankful she was able to take him on short notice and accommodate whatever we needed... Her house is on a large property that's fully enclosed and in a beautiful gated community in the hills. Whether you have a big dog that loves to run around and interact with other friendly animals or a small dog that prefers to spend time inside close to people, Michelle's house is an awesome place for pets! My dog has major separation anxiety, but instead of stressing out like he normally does when he knows I'm leaving him, Oakley immediately settled in and started exploring the property with one of her dogs right after we got there! I could tell from Michelle's updates and photos that Oakley was really enjoying his time there and felt comfortable he would be well taken care of if he needed to stay even longer in the future. The location of her house turned out to be really convenient and close to where I was going, but even if I'm further away the next time I'm in town and need a sitter, I know that Michelle will be our first choice for sure!”

About: I’ve loved and cared for animals for as long as I can remember. My very first pet was my childhood cat, who I got when I was 2 years old and who lived with me for 17 wonderful years before crossing the rainbow bridge. I’ve always had a special connection with animals and a passion for caring for them. I also have spacious fenced in kennels available if needed for safety, rest time, or individual comfort. Pets are always supervised, given plenty of attention, and cared for in a clean, calm environment. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always respect their routines, instructions, and house rules to help pets feel comfortable and stress free in their familiar environment. I like to check in with pet parents often, sending pictures and updates to give them peace of mind while their pets are in my care.

About: I have been a full-time puppy whelper for the past 8 years and come highly recommended with lots of references. I welcome all different breeds. I am always home. While I do have to pick up and drop off my children for their various sports and activities, it’s just a five minute drive away.I am always available. Plus, I’m attending school online from the comfort of my home. I live on 1 1/2 acres with a mini horse, two small goats that like to visit the neighbors and two potbelly pigs. Additionally I have two older French bulldogs who are house trained and very friendly, as well as two cane corsos who get along well with all animals including pony,goats, and pigs- they’re all pals! All of my animals are well-behaved , and I’ve often been told I should’ve been a vet or a dog trainer because of my love for animals. I have two separate backyards-one for the smaller dogs and one for the bigger ones. However I’m accustomed to rotating them due to my experience as a whelper. I know how to manage introducing new dogs and keeping them separate if needed.My dogs have access to indoors and outdoors, and they sleep in the house at night. I’ve set up set up my garage to be cozy and welcoming for dogs to stay in at night.

About: I have always had dogs/animals. We have 5 dogs of our own. We also foster with a local rescue. We specialize in the squish face breeds. We completely understand climate control. We love to exercise outside and go out often to romp. I am currently working remote part of the time (office days are Tues/Thurs). We typically always have someone home and the dogs are likely never alone for more than a 2-3 hour period. Our dogs are very friendly and love to play! We do not have a fenced yard, so our preference would be dogs that are not a flight risk! We can use a flexi leash for potty breaks but that would limit outside play for our guests. We live on 2.5 acres with a lot of grass to romp and play. Our dogs do not go outside unless supervised.
