About: I've been a pet/house sitter for about 10 years, I started when I was a teenager helping my family friends and neighbors to now as an adult. I've grown up my whole life surrounded by animals and I couldn't imagine it any other way. Love connecting with the pets and fellow animal lovers! I do my sitting job full time so I'm available for more attentive care and easy contacting. I do house sit as well if you'd like me to stay with your pet overnight for a peace of mind and comfort of the animals. In that situation, I would be more than happy to take care of upkeeping the household if need be (i.e. water plants, take out the trash, pick up the mail, etc.) I live in an apartment complex where smaller animals are allowed so depending on the client's case, I can try to accommodate housing arrangements in my home instead.

About: I have been a volunteer trainer with the Sierra At Tahoe Avalanche Dogs since I was about 10. My father runs the dog program so I grew up being taught how to train, take care of, and watch over dogs since I was a toddler. At the ski mountain I helped drill the dogs to find subjects in the snow, played, walked, fed, took to the bathroom, and watched over the dogs ages ranging from puppies to senior dogs. My family also has three dogs and three cats all of I have assisted in training, and most of the time look after on my own. I recently left my job so I am open full time with my schedule to take part in pet care. On some days I do need to watch my own animals since my parents work full time, but even then I am always available for even just a check in if needed! I make sure my pets have a set in feeding time as well as they have a signal for bathroom breaks, even if they do not show me they need to go I will periodically let them outside or take them on a walk. Besides just food and bathroom I love to work on skills, tricks, and just playing with the dogs throughout the day as to make sure they are enriched and happy. These qualities go for all animals I may watch too! I pride myself in being able to recognize their behavior so I can adapt for them what they need or want!
