My dog has major separation anxiety, but instead of stressing out like he normally does when he knows I'm leaving him, Oakley immediately settled in and started exploring the property with one of her dogs right after we got there! About: As someone who grew up with dogs, both small and large, I've learned what it takes to make sure the puppies are well cared for, between giving them the right food, making sure they go on walks, and grooming. Our pets are our best friends and so we should take the greatest care of them, and I'm willing to do that for all animals alike. I'm currently a part time worker both on weekends and weekdays and have lots of time to dedicate to taking care of pets. The only time I would not be able to offer my services is dueing weekends. In my home, I have a fenced yard to allow for our big huskies to have space to play and run, offering them toys that I know would keep them entertained. About: Ive been taking care of dogs since I was 15! I have always loved dogs and pets. I love spending quality time with animals. I have taken care of sick pets as well. I am currently working part time but I can work around that if needed! I work at Serenity Spa and Friends with Benedicts in Folsom. I currently attend Folsom Lake College as well! I have a fenced in backyard and I live across the street from a dog park! Spacious living room but I have a dog of my own as well!
About: I have taken care of dogs for the past 5 years or so by myself. Growing up my parents watched dogs for friends and family every so often. We also had a border collie mix of our own for 15 years and I was responsible for taking care of him. I currently work M-Th; 9am-5pm but fairly free before or after work for walks and playtime. I tend to get up early on work days but a night owl on the weekends. I enjoy getting out on the weekends like going on walks with hikes. I currently do not have fenced in hard but I do have a large grass area right outside my house that is dog friendly and is great for playtime and even doggie pool time.
About: Although we are new dog parents, we recently dog sat two dachshunds and it went great! We love dogs and would like to continue helping fellow dog parents. My husband and I currently both work from home. I work the night shift and he works during the day so there is usually someone always awake with the dogs. We have a fenced backyard, not too big but they can still run in it. My dogs love to play with other dogs and are friendly! We also have two crates if they need to be crated. “Had a last minute trip and needed to find someone to watch my dog. None of my friend's were available, so I had to use someone on Rover. I was very nervous, as I hadn't used Rover before. My dog is very important to me and it was unsettling to leave him with a stranger. However, the stay with Kate worked out really well. She was flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process. From scheduling our initial visit, to drop off, to pickup. Flexible drop off and pick up times are huge and are one of the biggest hassles when dealing with a kennel. She was nice enough to assemble and disassemble his crate for me, which was a nice surprise, given how hectic traveling can be. I look forward to future bookings with Kate.”
