“Simply close your eyes and go for Phoebe! She is the best. Our cat caught in a bird and brought it inside the house, and when Phoebe found out about the bird she went to her house and brought a bug net to rescue the bird! I dont think you will find a better pet sitter than her❤️ THANK YOU Pheobe for looking after my cat for 90 days ! We never once worried about out our car while on our trip :)”

About: Hi, my name is Erin, and I have been around dogs since the day I was born. I have dog sat many different breeds for my neighbors and family friends. I worked at a dog groomer's as a bather and learned so much about taking care of dogs. The most important lesson I learned during that experience is that patience and kindness are key when interacting with a new dog. Having these two skills is especially important for taking care of senior dogs and nervous dogs. I also learned that a dog experiences the world through their nose. With that knowledge, I always make sure to include sniffing time on walks. Taking different paths and experiencing new smells keeps their mind active and makes the walk 10 times better. I use all of my knowledge to make sure that each walk is a fun and rewarding experience. I can't wait to meet your pup! For the next few months, I will be on summer break. I only work on the weekends and have always wanted to give Rover a try to meet some new furry friends and help them exercise! I will have plenty of free time during the week, but I am willing to chat to see what works best for you and your dog! I have two dogs whom I love to take on walks in my free time. I always make sure to have two hands on the leash at all times when walking both of my dogs. My older dog (110 lb) is quite reactive and could try to chase something at any moment, so I need to be prepared. My younger dog (70 lb) is very sweet and relaxed on walks and not reactive to other dogs or people; however, he is very skittish around loud noises. If he gets frightened, he may try to run and hide, so keeping two hands on the leash is crucial. I never push my puppies beyond their limit, especially if it is hot outside. Their health and safety are always a concern.
“Angel was such a patient, kind, and caring sitter! We just recently moved to the area and our cat is still getting used to our new apartment. Even though she has been a bit shy, Angel spent time just sitting near her and making sure she felt safe and was cared for while we were away. He sent us frequent updates so we weren't worried and was a great communicator. We will definitely book with Angel again in the future!”

“Sandra has walked our boys twice now and her service is top-notch. After our meet and greet in person with the pups, you could tell she takes a gentle, confident approach with all dogs. The two visits with our boys has been excellent. I would highly recommend Sandra to everyone.”

“Jessi has been awesome letting the pups out. She always sends a lot of pictures and information on how the dogs are doing. We have used her multiple times and will continue to use her”
“Lauchlan, we can't thank you enough for coming by and being so flexible with the dogs! I hope they were no problem! We appreciate you and so happy all seemed to work out.”

“Caitlin was great!!!! My dog, Rodgers, loved her and her belly rubs. My booking was also VERY last minute so very thankful she was able to help with such short notice and on a Holiday! Will be using her every time we need a dog sitter 🥰”

“Kari is an amazing walker. Truly the best! She leaves me with photos and details that are above the expectation of what a dog walker could do and Jewel my dog is always happy to be with her. She’s very loving to jewel and I know I can always count on Kari to deliver exceptional service for my dog walking needs!!”

“Thank you Shannon for taking care of Milo and Chief this week! Your promptness and reliability really relieved worry for me on how long the dogs would be in the crates without a break. I appreciate the daily walks! Thanks again! You’re definitely recommend and I’ll reach out to you again when needed!”

LeTisha was absolutely amazing with our cat, Miski! From the moment we left, we had complete peace of mind knowing Miski was in such caring and trustworthy hands. LeTisha kept us updated, gave Miski so much love and attention, and treated her like family. It was clear that she genuinely cares about the pets she watches, and that made all the difference. We came home to a happy, relaxed kitty, and we couldn’t be more grateful. We highly recommend LeTisha to anyone looking for a reliable, compassionate, and exceptional pet sitter. We will definitely be booking with her again!

I needed a last-minute drop-in visit for my rabbits while I was out of town, and she was able to help on very short notice. I would definitely book with her again!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Boulder Hill. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
