Johanna kept our high energy pup well exercised and sent updates all throughout the week, even highlighting his goofy habits. Johanna is good with communication and sends the detailed messages you hope to hear as a pet owner knowing they are just like family. There was a larger price adjustment after payment but Johanna was extremely respectful asking about it and I understood that Charlie was taking a little extra work than expected to care for.
