Dogs, Cats, and Houses. I love all.
I've trained puppies and adult dogs and taken care of cats since I was a child. I'm comfortable with administering medication and adapting to any special needs of your pet(s). I do have a small dog of my own, so if I'm housesitting I would need to take him along. For walks and drop-ins I can leave him at home or in the car if your pets aren't good with other dogs. I am an active person and enjoy taking long neighborhood walks and hikes. I had a big dog for many years who trained me to get outside, rain or shine. So I'm accustomed to rain gear, headlamps, and glow-in-the-dark chuck-it balls to make it through our Washington winters. I've recently decided to leave the corporate world to start my own business, so Rover is great for me at this life juncture since I adore animals and have the flexibility to drop-in, walk, or housesit. I'm currently living in the Olympia area and open for drop-ins and walks within 10-20 minutes of Olympia. For Housesitting, I'm open to travel up to an 1.5 hours from Olympia for a few a days stay.

I prefer to care for clients' pets in their home, but am happy to take them out for long walks, hikes, or to the dog park. I am happy to adapt to the unique needs of each animal.

Brittani has taken care for our 11-year-old chocolate lab Josie for her entire life, and we love her! She is wonderful and patiently with our slightly neurotic aging lady, provides plenty of exercise for her, and includes updates on her regularly. Brittani is reliable, attentive, and passionate about animals. Couldn't recommend her more!
Brittani has owned and cared for dogs her entire life, and she’s the first person I trust to watch mine whenever I’m out of town. She’s incredibly responsible, patient, and experienced with dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Anyone who books with her can feel confident their pets will be in loving, capable hands.
Our dog, Max, loves Brittani. During Covid, Brittani ran a local puppy training school and taught Max (and us!) all the basic commands. Brittani is great with big dogs - we have a doberman - and he has stayed with her many times while we’ve been away. She took excellent care of him and always made sure he had plenty of exercise. Brittani is responsible and trustworthy and Max is always delighted when he stays with her.

Schedule
I work from home and am starting my own business, so my life around pet care is extremely flexible. I can prioritize their needs first. I have a 12 year old dog named Walter who gets along well with others. He's a major part of my life and comes along with me to most places.
