About: I’ve had or taken care of pets my entire life. I will listen to you and what your pet’s needs are and will ensure that they get the best care. Being in the position of needing pet care myself at times, I know how important it is to be confident in your sitter. I currently work from home a majority of the time. I go into the office just 2 days a month. On the days that I go into work I will come home halfway through the day to check on your pets that I’m watching. Weekends are usually spent taking the dogs for daily outings. I can provide the importance of a 3/4 fenced in yard. I have multiple long cables and leads that can be attached to your dog’s harness if they need a little more assurance of not escaping. I am always willing to take your dog out on a leash if there is a threat of them running off. I love taking my pups out back on the acreage to run around. I have a 6-year old Golden Retreiver that is friendly with all other dogs and I recently lost my 14 year-old Basset Hound.

I treat every animal as if they were my own and strive to give you total peace of mind while you’re away. 🐾 I am open right now, currently a mother to twins so just wanting to get out of the house, and love up on your sweet babies! I am open to early hours and late evenings into the night to take care of your pets. I have a fenced backyard with plenty of space for free roaming and a safe neighborhood to walk around at. I love to go for nature walks around Washington and know the best spots!

About: I’ve helped raised 10 dogs: 2 samoyds, 2 golden retrievers, 2 labs, a border collie, a Dobermann, a Bernese mountain dog, and a chihuahua. I also was a door to door and pizza delivery man who Interacted with every type of dog as a stranger entering their territory. I’ve been in multiple threatening positions and have a lot of confidence from that. I can read demeanor very well. My most recent partner and I ended things and she took the dogs. Sad country song in the making lol. I find this therapeutic and isn’t just a side hustle. I genuinely love all dogs and it helps me just as much as helping you. I work from home as an insurance broker. I will shape my schedule around the dogs. I can also work anywhere so it allows me to travel to you as well. I have a fenced back yard with locks on the gate. My office is in the back yard with a big window for me to see them. I am an active dog watcher who goes with the flow of what the owner requests. I do not like leaving them alone ever. If I come to your house I will not have any guests over and I always give active updates.

About: I had a wonderful Husky growing up, He was always bursting with energy and personality, eager to run, explore, and snuggle up next to me whenever the day ended. Having him around taught me responsibility, patience, and just how strong the bond between a person and a dog can be. After high school, I adopted a Rottweiler of my own. Raising him from a young age helped me understand training, structure, and daily care better. Soon after, my mom needed some help with her cat, so I welcomed him into my home. For a while, I had both a dog and a cat living together—learning to balance their different personalities, needs, and routines. Later, when my husband and I moved into our own place, we added another furry family member—a sweet Corgi who joined us about two years later. Each pet has brought something special into my life and has helped me grow as a caregiver. I’ve gained hands-on experience with both dogs and cats—from energetic working breeds to loyal guardians and independent, affectionate cats. Caring for them isn’t just about feeding and walks—it’s about building trust, comfort, and a little friendship along the way. Pet sitting fits naturally into my routine since I work part-time with very flexible hours. I’m able to plan my schedule around visits, walks, and check-ins, whether they’re early mornings, midday, or evenings. Because I manage my own time, I can give pets consistent attention, unrushed care, and plenty of love throughout the week. I care for pets in my home and yours with the same level of love, patience, and attention I give my own. In my home, I create a calm, safe, and cozy environment where they can relax, play, and feel like part of the family. I adhere strictly to their regular routines—feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and bedtime habits—to ensure their security and comfort. Hedda is often shy and hides from cat sitters, but she was ready to greet Samantha each time she came. Samantha was so conscientious with our cats. She stayed much longer than expected to play with Moon, made good decisions when she couldn't reach me one time, and managed to keep him from getting outside (not easy!). I was impressed that she identified Moon's depression right away; and it helped me prepare for our homecoming. I look forward to using Samantha again.”

About: I’ve been a mom to small dogs most my adult life. I currently have a chill 7 lb shih tzu mix that would love company on our two daily walks. I work part-time and am never away for more than 4 hours. (Often my college age son is home when I’m out) I’ve taken care of very young pups as well as older dogs requiring medications and special diets. I’m responsible and loving, doing my best to keep pups content while their people are away. I’m communicative and responsive and provide daily pupdates. I work two to three days a week for no more than 4 hours, so I’m home a lot. I have a 7 year-old shih tzu mix that I walk twice a day so I have a good routine established. My college age son lives with me and is super helpful and responsible. Generally if I’m out, he’s home to give extra potty breaks and belly rubs. My back yard is quite big and securely fenced-lots of room for sniffing! My house is cozy and comfortable-I’m happy to have pups on my lap on the couch and in my bed for the night. I do host up to 3 dogs at a time and have a small pup of my own, so I ask that your dog is well socialized.
