I am open to early hours and late evenings into the night to take care of your pets. I have a fenced backyard with plenty of space for free roaming and a safe neighborhood to walk around at. I love to go for nature walks around Washington and know the best spots!

About: I had a wonderful Husky growing up, He was always bursting with energy and personality, eager to run, explore, and snuggle up next to me whenever the day ended. Having him around taught me responsibility, patience, and just how strong the bond between a person and a dog can be. After high school, I adopted a Rottweiler of my own. Raising him from a young age helped me understand training, structure, and daily care better. Soon after, my mom needed some help with her cat, so I welcomed him into my home. For a while, I had both a dog and a cat living together—learning to balance their different personalities, needs, and routines. Later, when my husband and I moved into our own place, we added another furry family member—a sweet Corgi who joined us about two years later. Each pet has brought something special into my life and has helped me grow as a caregiver. She even had the whole house cleaned upon our return which we said she didn’t have to do! She even re-oiled the cast iron pans she used! “Tara did a fantastic job on a rather unusual assignment that I had for her, which involved not only taking care of my adult dog and puppy at my house for three nights, but also taking care of my cousin’s puppy, also at my house during the same time, who had never previously met my dogs. She also had her own dog with her, making it a dog party of four! Everybody had a great time, and Tara sent us photos multiple times a day of the dogs playing and hanging out together. About: I would consider myself one of the best dog sitters, I Shih Tzu not. I've house and pet sat for many of my family members, friends, neighbors, and even strangers over the years. I'm very affectionate towards animals and will soak up as many snuggles as they're willing to give me! “I can't say enough about Samantha's great service to our 2 cats. I was leaving Moon for longest stretch ever and Samatha was so patient and understanding of my constant text messages both before and during the 4 days she cat-sat. Hedda is often shy and hides from cat sitters, but she was ready to greet Samantha each time she came. Samantha was so conscientious with our cats. She stayed much longer than expected to play with Moon, made good decisions when she couldn't reach me one time, and managed to keep him from getting outside (not easy!). I was impressed that she identified Moon's depression right away; and it helped me prepare for our homecoming. I look forward to using Samantha again.”

When I was young I had a car, a shitzu dog another dog I can’t remember the breed, a Rottweiler shepherd mix, and full German shepherd. I currently have 2 black lab hound mixes! I absolutely love and adore animals! This will be my job and I love being around dogs of all kind! I would be honored to house sit take your dog on a walk or even just drop by for a potty break! I will make sure to follow the owners rules and make sure the pet has everything it needs I will take it to use the bathroom I will play and make sure they are kept fed and always have water and if it needs medicine I’ll distribute the medicine as directed by owner!

About: I grew up in a large dog loving family. In adulthood, nothing has changed. Our family are all dog lovers. We will be available Monday to Friday and on the weekends as well to take care of your dog/dogs. We have a large house and a big yard that is fenced. Typically, your dog will go home tired from playing with the other dogs, walks around the neighborhood and playing catch in our large turfed backyard. Watching your dog for boarding or daycare is my full time job. Plus, my wife and three kids love dogs and help out as well. We have a large house and fenced yard. Plus, we don't leave dogs outside without our supervision. We also don't leave the dogs alone indoors for more than two hours at a time.
