Brian did a wonderful meet and greet with my boys (two newfoundlands) and walked them today without me..that may seem like a strange thing to say but Byron (my younger boy) refuses to go on a walk for anyone but me - not even my husband! He was perfectly fine on going on the walk with Sinjin (my older boy) and Brian. No temper tantrums, no refusal to walk. NONE of it. Brian took them on a good walk, they had fun and their were no problems.”

About: I’ve had pets in my life since I was 2 years old. My dog was my best friend from 2-16 yrs. I was raised on a mini farm and was lucky enough to care for horses, cows, pigs, chickens, several dogs, many cats and recently goats. Nothing brings me more happiness than being around our furry friends. Currently, we have 3 miniature poodle mixes, which we love beyond words. We recently adopted a St. Bernard/Pitbull mix. We have a big dog house 24’x12’ fully fenced to board big dogs. Medium 20 lbs to extra small dogs board/daycare inside our home. We offer an alternative to traditional boarding/daycare. Our dogs are family and guest dogs are welcomed to our family pack. Animals are my passion and bring me fulfillment and joy! Providing daycare and boarding is my profession. I worked a corporate job 35 years as a director in the health insurance field. After I was laid off I decided to not go back to the long hours and stress. Instead I dove head first into following my dream of opening a pet service business. I’ve taken my business experience and love for animals to the next level. I am excellent at following the care plan you give me. I want to take care of your pet as you would with as much love as I can give them. I work from home Tuesdays to Fridays. So as long as I have connection to Wi-Fi, I am able to spend my day with your pets. I will respect your home and leave the space as I found it. I do require meet and greets for overnight care bookings. I am happy to help families beyond the radius I have set on rover however I do charge a gas fee of $20 + for locations more than 20 minutes from me. My work schedule is flexible. I work from home 4 days a week (tues-fri). I am able to step away when needed for walks/potty breaks. I will follow your directions and pet needs. I have a reliable vehicle to get to your home. I am happy to collect mail, packages, water plants, taking out trash and any other miscellaneous tasks. I am happy to provide status updates and pictures.

About: I’ve almost always had a dog and/or cat(s) in my home. I’ve been the primary caregiver for my current dog for over 8 years now. She is a highly anxious dog who has to have pills medication twice daily for years now. So I’m very comfortable with administering pills to dogs. I’m most familiar with anxious dogs and they almost always calm down relatively quickly to my gentle grounded nature. I enjoy seeing how happy a simple walk or hike can give a dog and love to give them many opportunities to do so. I have several years experience with pet/house sitting for neighbors and friends. My discipline style = positive reinforcement and gentle but firm reminders. Redirecting their attention typically works wonders. My schedule is currently open to new clients. I've worked with Peace of Mind Dog Rescue, specializing in senior canines with special medical, physical, emotional, and behavioral needs. I also train dogs in scent detection for search and rescue. My furry guests receive plenty of attention, play, outdoor time, and walks throughout their stay. They are free to be outside, inside, play as much as they want, or lounge around. My dog Checkers is always up for a game of tug-of-war, a chase around the yard, or a group nap. For the convenience of my clients I provide availability every day, daytime, night-time, weekends, and holidays. I have a large fenced yard with lots of open space for running and playing. The yard has plenty of shade as well as areas to sun-bathe. Plenty of water is always available. The house and yard are kept clean and flea-free. Pets have constant supervision, with special attention and monitoring provided if play with other pets is allowed by owner. Due to dietary considerations, and to avoid resource guarding, I feed pets separately, as well as watch them carefully if toys are present. I like to walk dogs together as behavior allows, which promotes bonding between them. About: I've been a dog mom for 18 years. My dogs have provided me with companionship, loyalty, joy, structure, and unconditional love over the years. My first dog, Angel, was a Beauceron mix with a blue tongue. She was my best friend, my protector, my shadow. I loved her fiercely. She went over the rainbow bridge three years ago at the age of 14. About a year before she passed, our Kai Ken/Mudi mix, Cody Coyote, joined the family as her companion. This past summer, Corgi pup, Michael, moved in. My son's first official dog. We take regular walks together and they are always making us smile and laugh. I know how special pup companions are and I would love to help you care for yours. Daily walks with my pups are very important for me and for them. I need the movement, and they need to smell. On the weekend, I have more time to walk more pups, check on them, give potty breaks, or feed them. My pups have a fenced in yard and are able to take regular potty breaks every two to four hours. We take walks after I get off work. My pups eat breakfast before I work and eat dinner when my family does. I am available on weekends to give your pup/s potty breaks every two to four hours, up to three walks a day, and feeding in your home.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 7 from small to big to giant, they are adorable and need love,attention, and someone to play with I'm currently working part-time in sales and I need extra money so I thought since I love animals let's do this because animals are my safe space I have a fenced yard, my room door is always closed so no other animals in the house mess with my cat or yours. I make sure all windows that can be pushed open are closed and when they are open I watch the Animals carefully

About: I have been a Licensed Veterinary Technician since 2014. Taking care of animals is my happy place and it is a joy seeing all of their true personalities while pet sitting..especially outside of the vet office! I have the most experience with cats and dogs but I have also personally owned a range of pets (gecko, fish, hamsters, tarantula, axolotls, toads, rabbits, chickens, and more) and taken care of llamas, pot bellied pigs, horses, and chinchillas. I have even had the privilege to help care for a fawn and opossum! There is no pet that I would not love the opportunity to meet and care for. I am open to helping any special creature and with any special needs. My sister, Breanne, will often pet sit with me. She has helped me care for the wide range of pets for the past several years. She has a huge heart and loves any pet she sees (she doesn't even have to meet them!) There is never a dull moment for a pet when she is around because play and pet happiness are her ultimate goal. There is never a pet who will feel left out when she is around. She is also my plant expert. If you only need house sitting (without pets) I offer that as well. Just send me a message. Pet care is my full time job, whether it is for my own two dogs or helping other families with their pet needs. I am currently home full time and eager to meet your pet(s). I make sure gates are closed and collars are snug. I do not invite people over without permission. In my home, for caged creatures, I have a separate room for sleeping and would keep my dogs separate when taking them out for socializing. I currently cannot offer cat/dog care in my home. About: Pets are family! Taking care of them is one of the most rewarding experiences and provides unconditional love. I have been around numerous animals my entire life, and currently have 3 dogs! Daisy, Luka and Honey! I love being outside, walking, hiking and playing fetch on our 2.5 acre property. I always have time for pets! I work Monday-Friday but am available after 3pm or on weekends. I also offer boarding and there is always someone home for our fur babies! I have a fenced 2.5 acre property and 3 friendly, loving and playful dogs to keep your baby company! If you prefer, I can always place your dog in a large kennel or keep them separated from others. I am flexible and can meet most needs!
