About: Hello there, I'm Quincy! I grew up on a farm taking care of goats, horses, chickens, cats & dogs. During which I heavily participated in cleaning up after, feeding, and of course completely adoring these animals. Dog walking & cat-sitting professionally have been a part of my life for the last 2 years and have many references to provide if needed. Providing this service has consistently felt like a mutually rewarding experience for everyone involved. I love caring for animals and helping others do the same! It should be noted I have also worked with elderly animals as well as animals with disabilities. Before I changed my career focus to animal-care taking I worked as an infant/toddler nanny, for the over 6 years. Giving me lots of general caregiving & house-keeping experience. On top of that, I've also been an independent contractor doing house cleaning over the course of the last few years. I have a completely open schedule. I'd prefer working/dog-walking/cat-sitting between the hours of 8 am & 8 pm. In the past I usually dog walk at 8 am and again at 8 pm. When I have house-sat (with cats) it has been for 1 week to 3 weeks at a time. I am open to many possibilities. These are just examples of what I've done in the past. As far as providing care for animals in my client's home goes, I am extremely attentive to an animal, its needs, and my client's needs & requests. I want to befriend the animal, if possible, and certainly feed, hydrate, walk (if dog) and clean up after the animals however needed. I will not be able to have any pets in my home currently. I can certainly drive to you & provide dog walks or house-sitting though!

About: I’ve been around animals for most of my life and have cared for both dogs and cats. I grew up with pets, including a cat, two small cavapoos, a medium lab-boxer mix, and a large yellow lab, so I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities. I started helping with pet care when I was around 9 and began doing paid pet sitting jobs in high school. I have experience with walking, feeding, drop-in visits, overnight sitting, giving medication, senior pet care, and spending time playing with and comforting pets. I’m patient, gentle, reliable, and detail-oriented, and I always make sure to follow each pet’s routine closely. I also have my own car, which makes it easier for me to be dependable and flexible for walks, check-ins, and house sitting. I’m currently fully flexible and available for pet care in the Olympia/Lacey area, especially around Boston Harbor. I am available most days and times for dog walks and drop-in visits, with the exception of very early mornings. Pet care fits well into my current routine, and I have my own car, so I can be reliable and flexible with visits. I’m mainly hoping to offer dog walking and drop-in visits, but I may be open to house sitting depending on the situation and what your pet needs. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I always make sure to follow each owner’s instructions carefully. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, water, medication, leash rules, crates, gates, and each pet’s normal routine. I will keep dogs leashed outside unless they are in a secure enclosed space or the owner specifically says otherwise. I’m comfortable cleaning up after pets, picking up after walks, and making sure their space is left clean. I’m also happy to send photo and text updates so you know your pet is safe, cared for, and doing well while you’re away.

About: ive petsat many animals at peoples homes and always loved playing with them all while respecting everyones homes. Id love to start walking in addition to this and getting outside more im currently in between jobs as I move so i have full availability and plenty of time to spend with your loving animal, any day of the week. I dont typically take pets to my home since I am moving but I treat every animal and every home with the same respect as my own. I keep things clean and love to leave things better than I found them.

I currently own 3 cats and 3 dogs. My family takes care of them when I am away so I am able to help you with your pet care needs. I am also comfortable around chickens. My pets are a part of my family. I would treat your pets like my own. I love going on walks with dogs and teaching them new tricks. I only take 1 client at a time. I work from home Tuesdays to Fridays. So as long as I have connection to Wi-Fi, I am able to spend my day with your pets. I will respect your home and leave the space as I found it. I do require meet and greets for overnight care bookings. I am happy to help families beyond the radius I have set on rover however I do charge a gas fee of $20 + for locations more than 20 minutes from me. My work schedule is flexible. I work from home 4 days a week (tues-fri). I am able to step away when needed for walks/potty breaks. I will follow your directions and pet needs. I have a reliable vehicle to get to your home. I am happy to collect mail, packages, water plants, taking out trash and any other miscellaneous tasks. I am happy to provide status updates and pictures.

About: I have been caring for dogs since I can remember because I’ve always had dogs of my own. Currently I have 4 dogs that I help take care of daily. I have experience taking care of at minimum two dogs as far as the Seattle area for so far max of two weeks. I have also taken care of chickens at the same time so I am prepared in whatever may need to be done. I have no job and am available whenever as far north as Seattle if needed. I am available essentially 24/7 starting June 22nd, until august 16th. I have four dogs and therefore caring for a pet in my own home could prove difficult. However, I am comfortable staying in your house if needed or preferred. I always ask for specific instructions from the owner concerning whatever I need to be informed on because I am aware everyone treats their pet differently.

I have completed online dog training and behavior courses through my job, so I am well versed in all things canine. I'm working part time and currently have Friday, Saturday, and Sundays available for your pet care needs including 1-2 night pet sitting in your home. I am also available any day except Monday for dog walks, check ins, cat care etc. I have the knowledge and experience to take care of your dog's emotional and physical wellness. Their wellbeing will always be my top priority. I have administered a variety of oral, topical, and injectable medications including insulin. I have a basic understanding of first aid and emergency situations. I understand dog behaviors and have the confidence to work with dogs of every size and almost any temperament. I pride myself on being able to win over most dogs who may be shy, fearful, or reactive. In the case of transporting your animals I can assure you I would always drive safely, and would be able to provide my clean driving record. I have one seat belt harness for a 65lb dog that could be used. I am also open to purchasing other dog vehicle safety devices as it's something I believe to be very important. I will never yell, be angry, or treat any animal negatively in any way as it is simply not in my nature. I love every animal and think they are blessings in this world.

About: Some of my earliest memories were with my best friend, Gus. Who was a chocolate lab with floppy ears. Since Gus, I’ve been lucky enough to have a couple other best friends. We recently lost our 16 year old pug, and with that loss I have a doggie shaped hole in my heart. And what better way to fill that? I recently moved back to Olympia and am currently unemployed. About: I have worked with both puppies and senior dogs, i have 2 poochon puppies that are 1 year old. I am currently going to school to be a vet technician and I volunteer at the animal shelter in the cat and dog rooms. I have experience handling all different types and sizes of dogs. Im a college student and currently working part-time in the late afternoons. So I have plenty of time to walk, play and give potty breaks! I have a fenced yard suitable for small to medium dogs. I have a large room that I can close off that has tile flooring and access to the backyard and also have pens if dogs need to be separated.
