About: I’ve been around animals for most of my life and have cared for both dogs and cats. I grew up with pets, including a cat, two small cavapoos, a medium lab-boxer mix, and a large yellow lab, so I’m comfortable with pets of all sizes and personalities. I started helping with pet care when I was around 9 and began doing paid pet sitting jobs in high school. I have experience with walking, feeding, drop-in visits, overnight sitting, giving medication, senior pet care, and spending time playing with and comforting pets. I’m patient, gentle, reliable, and detail-oriented, and I always make sure to follow each pet’s routine closely. I also have my own car, which makes it easier for me to be dependable and flexible for walks, check-ins, and house sitting. I’m currently fully flexible and available for pet care in the Olympia/Lacey area, especially around Boston Harbor. I am available most days and times for dog walks and drop-in visits, with the exception of very early mornings. Pet care fits well into my current routine, and I have my own car, so I can be reliable and flexible with visits. I’m mainly hoping to offer dog walking and drop-in visits, but I may be open to house sitting depending on the situation and what your pet needs. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet, so I always make sure to follow each owner’s instructions carefully. I pay close attention to feeding schedules, water, medication, leash rules, crates, gates, and each pet’s normal routine. I will keep dogs leashed outside unless they are in a secure enclosed space or the owner specifically says otherwise. I’m comfortable cleaning up after pets, picking up after walks, and making sure their space is left clean. I’m also happy to send photo and text updates so you know your pet is safe, cared for, and doing well while you’re away.

Maria is especially good at coaxing our dog out on walks when the pup doesn't want to go. We also appreciate that she submits Rover cards for each visit and leaves the house exactly as she found it. We feel so much better about being at work all day knowing Maria is spending time with our dog.

About: I have been caring for dogs since I can remember because I’ve always had dogs of my own. Currently I have 4 dogs that I help take care of daily. I have experience taking care of at minimum two dogs as far as the Seattle area for so far max of two weeks. I have also taken care of chickens at the same time so I am prepared in whatever may need to be done. I have no job and am available whenever as far north as Seattle if needed. I am available essentially 24/7 starting June 22nd, until august 16th. I have four dogs and therefore caring for a pet in my own home could prove difficult. However, I am comfortable staying in your house if needed or preferred. I always ask for specific instructions from the owner concerning whatever I need to be informed on because I am aware everyone treats their pet differently.

About: My life long dream has been to walk dogs. I enjoy playing with, hiking with and caring for dogs. I have spent 2 decades in the military which has given me a strong sense of responsibility and integrity. Your dog will be in good hands, I understand that caring for someone's pet is like caring for their child. I can walk dogs on leash, or offleash if they show proper voice control. I would love to take care of your furry loved ones for you and get them the excercise amd daily attention they need. I am relocating to the Olympia area, and I am looking for new clients. I love leash walking dogs or taking them to a park to throw a ball around. To start walking for you, we would meet and make sure your dog and me are compatible. I’ll also need to know their Vet information in case of emergency and any other points of contact. I have over 2 decades of experience walking, training and owning dogs. Your pets safety comes first.

About: Animals have always been an important part of my life. I've helped rescue nine cats and raised seven from kittens to adulthood, which has given me extensive experience with feline care and behavior. I love getting to know each pet's unique personality and building a bond with them through play, attention, and consistent care. In addition to cats, I regularly help care for my family's dog through walks, playtime, and daily care. I also have experience raising and caring for ducks, which has taught me the importance of providing consistent care, maintaining routines, and paying attention to each animal's needs. While cats are where most of my experience lies, I'm excited to work with dogs and other animals as well. I'm reliable, attentive to detailed care instructions, and dedicated to making sure pets feel comfortable, happy, and loved while their owners are away. Whether your pet needs playtime, companionship, exercise, or specialized care, I'll treat them with the same patience and attention I give my own animals. I'm currently on summer break from college, so I'll have almost unlimited free time to play and care for your pets! I also don't mind weird hours, day or night. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I carefully follow feeding schedules, medication instructions, and any other care requirements provided by the owner. I like to be extra attentive and keep a close eye on pets because their safety and comfort are my top priorities. I also make sure they receive plenty of attention, playtime, and companionship while you're away, helping them feel happy and secure in their familiar environment.

As an online college student, I have a flexible, home-based schedule, so pet care easily fits into my day. I’m able to give pets lots of attention, regular potty breaks, and consistent care throughout the day. like to tailor each visit to the dog. About: I have trained my own heeler puppy since she was 10 weeks old. As well as helped raise another cattle dog until he was 8yo and have cared for and loved many different animals over the years I'm working part time and make up my own schedule. So I will usually have plenty of time for giving animals lots of attention and love. I have my own very sweet 2yo heeler that has been friendly with all dogs. And a sizeable backyard for supervised playtime. I value patience and calmness making the most out of positive reinforcement to promote good behavior.

About: Owning pets all my life has inspired me to go to school to find a career working with animals. I have a degree in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, and I worked with Vetco to provide affordable vaccinations and other healthcare opportunities for both dogs and cats. I also worked as a zookeeper helping to provide care for ambassador animals at a forever home, and worked for outreach to teach the public why it's important to care for animals and the environment. I would be happy to provide care to your pets if you are out of town or do not have the time! I am able to care of dogs of all sizes and ages, as well as those with special needs. I can also administer medications both orally and by injection if needed. I live in an RV full-time and work as a remote tutor for K-12. My schedule is very flexible and I'm happy to help out! Maintaining order and following the requests from the client is of the upmost priority, so making sure that the dog is behaving as they would if the owner was home is incredibly important, from keeping the house clean to picking up any waste in the backyard, and other cleaning tasks.

About: I love animals and I’ve grown up with pets my whole life. I understand the importance of them being well taken care of. I started pet sitting for coworkers and realized I could help others in my area looking for a caring, trustworthy pet sitter. I’ll send you updates, pictures and make sure you find them and your home better than when you left. I have my weekends free to play and care for your pets all day. Monday through Friday I’m at work but I’m only 15 minutes away and have plenty of time to come home during lunch. We’d go on an early morning walk and I’m back home by 4 to take care of your fur babies. If I’m at your house, I’ll make sure to follow your pets schedule. Clean up after them, so you come home to a clean house. Overall, make sure they are comfortable while they are missing. I live in a two bedroom apartment with plenty of space for pets to play. There is path behind my complex, so we can go on long walks and they can get plenty of time move. Pets are allowed on furniture. I don’t like to leave them locked up while I’m gone. I keep my house very clean, I don’t mind cleaning up after them. I love to give lots of pets and play and cuddle time.

About: As an experienced dog sitter, I go beyond basic care by truly understanding each dog’s unique personality and needs. I have a natural ability to read their body language and adapt to their moods, ensuring they feel comfortable, happy, and secure while you’re away. Whether it’s administering medications, following specific dietary plans, or providing enriching playtime and walks, I tailor my approach to each dog’s routine. My calm and attentive demeanor helps even the most anxious dogs feel at ease, and I maintain clear communication with pet owners for peace of mind. Having cared for my own senior Pomeranian, Zeus, until he was 14, I am particularly attuned to the special needs of older dogs, including administering medications and adjusting routines for their comfort. I currently have an year and a half year old Yellow Labrador Retriever named cooper, so well experienced with puppies I’m currently home full-time, so I have a very flexible schedule and can give your pets lots of attention throughout the day. Whether your dog needs frequent potty breaks, long walks, playtime, feeding schedules, medication, or just extra cuddles and companionship, I’m able to be there consistently. I love getting outside for walks and making sure dogs stay mentally and physically happy while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I treat every animal like they’re my own and take the time to learn their routine, personality, and needs. I’m experienced with dogs of different ages, energy levels, and temperaments, including senior dogs and puppies. I always keep a close eye during walks, potty breaks, feeding, and playtime to make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a calm environment.

Veronica has been amazing!! She was available very last minute (the day before) when I needed someone to walk my newly adopted dog. She’s been an amazing communicator, willing to do the little things like wipe my dogs paws after a walk or use the same command words that I use for my dogs. The photos of her walks are an extra touch that warms my heart. Would definitely recommend Veronica for your animal needs.
