I have an outdoor/indoor 18 year old cat who’s quality of life is amazing. She eats a very healthy diet, gets a lot of activity and socializing in, and cuddles all night long from my partner and I.

Communication is key. If they have a special diet, the way they enjoy eating/receiving treats, favorite toys or games, behavior around other animals/people, and of course any health issues/medication instruction. I am very intuitive about what animals need/want, so I can figure things out with little instruction. But again, the more communication the better!
A typical day
I love to be outside with the animals as much as possible. Letting them sniff and observe different surroundings is always fun! Playing with their favorite toys, cuddling. It always changes depending on what the animal needs/wants from me! :)

Throughout my life, I have been surrounded by animals of all kinds, fostering a deep and intuitive connection with them. This bond has always felt effortless, as forming relationships with animals is one of my greatest passions. I have successfully trained numerous dogs to coexist harmoniously with family members, other pets, and small children. My fearlessness around animals has allowed me to interact with them without hesitation, and I have never been bitten. My approach is rooted in compassion, patience, and understanding, earning me the reputation of an “animal whisperer.”

Didn’t have the opportunity to meet Shawna in person before booking, but based on her great reviews and wonderful personality via texting, I had no doubts or worries about her taking care of my pet. She exceeded my expectations and when the time comes, I know who to go to!
Shawna is lovely! Took great care of my fur-kids and left it cleaner than she found it! My dogs were relaxed and happy when I got home. Couldn't ask for more!
Shawna went above and beyond taking care of our girl. She spoiled our dog so much she was sad when she had to leave. Multiple walks, treats and snuggles ! Shawna will be our go to anytime we have to leave our baby with someone. Highly recommend!
