About: I have had experience caring for many different kinds of animals throughout my life, such as dogs, horses, guinea pigs, and fish. I am comfortable and confident with walking, feeding, bathing, etc. I am a full-time grad student, and I also work a part-time job. My schedule is a little different each weekday, sometimes with breaks in the middle of the day. I am available all day, every other weekend. I do not currently care for any pets in my home. I am not currently accepting jobs that require a pet to stay in my home.

About: What sets me apart is both my personal and professional experience caring for animals of all ages, sizes, and personalities. I’ve grown up around dogs my entire life and currently work at Dogtopia, where I care for and supervise dogs daily. This has helped me become patient, attentive, and comfortable working with different temperaments and energy levels. I also have experience with both senior dogs and puppies. My senior dog, Otis, had arthritis, so I learned how important patience, comfort, and attentive care are for older pets. I also helped raise and train our pug puppy with basic training, routines, and socialization. I work at Dogtopia, where I help maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for dogs of all sizes and personalities. 🐾 My job has taught me the importance of paying close attention to dogs’ behavior, safety, and overall well-being throughout the day. When I’m home, I also spend a lot of time caring for my own dog. I enjoy taking him on long walks by the lake, staying active with him through runs and playtime, and making sure he gets plenty of attention, exercise, and care every day.🦮🏃‍♀️❤️ When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I always prioritize safety, comfort, and keeping pets on their normal routine as much as possible. I make sure the environment is clean and secure by checking doors, gates, food, and anything that could be unsafe or easily gotten into by curious pets.🤗 I also pay close attention to each pet’s behavior, energy level, and individual needs to help them feel comfortable and stress-free while their owner is away. Whether it’s feeding, walks, playtime, medication reminders, or simply giving them attention and companionship, I always try to make pets feel safe, cared for, and at home.

About: As someone who grew up on a small farm, I have been around a variety of animals since birth. I have experience caring for a variety of species and am comfortable handling any animal. I have volunteered with local animal shelters for over a decade, so I also have extensive experience caring for pets with behavioral issues and medical needs. I am a part-time sitter who is providing pet care services in addition to my full-time work. However, as a professor at a local university, I have a very flexible daily schedule and can easily provide pet care during typical business hours. Additionally, I do not work in the summer, which increases my availability from mid-May to September. I am very intentional about the number of clients I take at a time to ensure that I can provide comprehensive care to booked clients. I believe open communication is most important to be able to provide safe and reliable care for your pets. During our meet and greet, I will ask many questions to ensure that I have a full picture of what caring for your pet requires and how to meet your expectations. As someone who uses a Rover sitter to care for my pets when I am away, I personally understand the trust that is needed to leave your pets in someone else's care. I strive to build trust with clients by showing up when I say I do and following all instructions provided to me. And, it is not just about building trust with you but also your pet! If your pet has any behavioral issues or quirks, it's important for me to know this so that I can ensure safety for your pet and myself. This will help me adjust my interactions with them so I can build trust with your pet and respect their boundaries. The more information I have, the better!

About: I recently moved here for school and miss having pets around after growing up around pets my whole life. Caring for animals is something that comes natural to me and I enjoy spending time with them. I try to be reliable, patient, and attentive as I understand pets are family. I currently only work part time and have an open schedule both weekdays and weekends. Once I start school in August my schedule will likely be available in afternoons and weekends exclusively. I care for pets in the home by keeping their routine consistent, giving them attention, exercise, and affection. All while making sure they are comfortable, safe, and stress free while you are away.

About: I have taken care of dogs since I was about 8. Grew up on a farm in Iowa, now I walk dogs and take them on runs with me! I love bigger dogs as well, I have had German Shepard’s, Bull mastiffs and Great Danes on my farm. I go running/ walking everyday, so it would be perfect for a puppers to go along with me!! Easy at scheduling, and always near my phone for a call. Just because it says unavailable on my schedule doesn’t mean I don’t have an opening, message me anytime! I am only available for dog walking at this time, I can dog sit, but it would have to be at the owners house, as I don’t live in a dog friendly house.
