About: I got my first pet-sitting gig when I was 8 years old, feeding my neighbor’s cat. I had multiple farm jobs as a teen and have experience with a variety of species. I have worked for the Wisconsin Humane Society as an animal care technician and as a veterinary assistant at a Spay/Neuter clinic. I have received behavioral training for reactive and nervous dogs, and am willing to work with difficult animals. My schedule is very open and I have a lot of flexibility! I was badly injured last year and have been on extended leave from my career so I have had lots of time to dote on my three dogs and take on new Rover clients! Working with dogs has done so much for my healing process physically and mentally. I have a dream of starting a non-profit dog walking service for struggling teens and young adults one day and try to spread some of that healing around! When I’m building a relationship with a new dog I engage with them on a respectful level- meet them where they’re at and take the time to get to know their personalities, likes and dislikes. Their comfort and safety are paramount. I use positive reinforcement methods only, building trust with animals is more important to me than perfect obedience :)

About: Hi there! My name is Liz! I am a nurse part time and a stay at home mom with my 1 year old son. I am hoping to find a loving family that I can help support with dog walking or animal sitting a few times per week. ☺️ I live on the East Side of MKE and love to walk, run and bike ride. I also love sports so staying active is important to me. I will generally have my son with me for walks and visits so hope there is a family that has kid-friendly pets! He loves animals! I previously had two dogs (a husky named River and a golden retriever named Bailey) with 2 cats (Oreo and Rudy) growing up. I roomed with a black lab for many years named Jackson as well. I have dog sat/walked and cat sat for many friends and family. About: I’ve had at least 1 pet my entire life, so I’m no stranger to caring for pets in my home. Beginning in middle school and until now, I’ve been entrusted by family, friends, and coworkers to take care of their pets while they’re away. I have experience with house visits, walking or dog park trips, and overnight care. While I don’t have direct experience with pets who require medical attention, I’d be happy to learn with you. I do have experience with senior pet care. Overall, I guarantee I’ll take care of your pet like my own! I recently graduated from PA school and am job searching currently, so I have plenty of time to play with your pets! I’m available for daytime care or overnight care daily. When looking after your pet, I will always take care of them like my own. Both the front and back doors have additional doors down the stairs, so the chance of an escape is very close to zero! - I crate all dogs when I’m leaving the home, including Honey B even though she typically is not crated. in special situations, I’m okay leaving your dog to roam a designated area, but that is rare and will be discussed prior to the booking. - I do not have any guests while your dog is in my care. Drop Ins/Walks/House Sitting: - I ask that no other humans are in your home when I come over for drop ins, walks, or housesitting unless previously discussed. - Please book a drop in if care outside of walking is needed. - Please assure all animals that need care are listed individually on your profile. I love surprises, but not when it comes to this! - When coming into your home, I will always leave it just as I found it. I will only enter authorized areas as necessary to care for your pet(s). Please assure that all supplies are provided. 🐾 - We will discuss specific schedules for each housit. Some people prefer longer day time care with no overnight, or moderate daytime care + nights. We will workout the perfect schedule for you, your pup, and me 😊. I am NOT available for constant care (24 hours) as I will need to check in with my own dog & maintain my personal life with errands + self care.

About: I am a former vet tech and groomer who has post-op care experience, and experience with special needs pets. I have a decade of experience caring for all kinds of pets. Dogs, cats, birds, amphibians, reptiles, small mammals, and more. I am the kind of pet parents who leaves two pages of instructions for my sitter, so I love pet parents who tell me exactly what their pets like and don’t like! I ran my own pet care company until my 96 year Grandmother became ill. I moved to her state and have been caring for her since February 2024. It is the most rewarding and truly enjoyable experience that I could hope for, but I miss having lots of animals around to love on! I am an in-home caregiver for my Grandmother and have open availability during the day and evening while she rests. I am available for care in my home or yours. I have a fenced-in yard, pet stairs, enrichment activities, and am home nearly 100% of the time. I do not crate unless I specifically asked to. The majority of my home is not carpeted. There are six stairs at the front entrance and six stairs leading to the back door, however I can lift up to 100 pounds.

About: I have grown up with Golden Retrievers my whole life as my dad hunted and trained them for Field trials. We always had three in our home. Once we even had a litter of puppies and there is nothing better than puppy kisses. I personally have had two Black labs, one that was so happy to lounge and be a couch potatoe and my other one at 8 years old fools everyone into thinking she is 2 or 3 with how active she is and with her I understand the importance of walks and her needing exercise, new sights and smells. I have a flexible work schedule and typically only work 3 days a week so I can be there to ensure your pup gets what they need. Anything from daily to week long periods I have fed, walked, and cared for those animals, as well as overnight stays at either my home or theirs.
